Quality and shipping were all good. Ordered the wrong one and do not like the exchange size only, and no return policy.

Was disappointed in coloring once received

Upon contacting Prep Sportswear about a problem with my order, I received a prompt response and the company took care of my issue very quickly. I was VERY pleased with the care and consideration put forth on my order and the sweatshirt I ordered was of great quality and just what I wanted. I will definitely order again in the future.

An error was made when I initially chose the design for my shirt. I accidentally placed an order for a shirt with nothing on the back.

I’m not sure how the error took place or whether or not it was my fault. Fortunately, I was provided with a free replacement. I even got the keep my initial order.

The customer service was better than great, and I am very happy with my second order, a T-shirt with my brother’s last name and number on the back and his graduation year and high school’s name on the front.

I will most definitely be placing more orders through Prep Sportswear. It is the best place to buy custom made HS sports clothing, and even though a mistake was made, it was a quickly rectified, exceeding my expectations.

Ashley was great! I told her my issue and she resolved it, no questions asked!

Amazing customer service! Ashley responded timely and made it so simple for me to order a size up for a recent order. Very courteous and very responsive!

I ordered shirts with my kids' school logo for their grandparents for Christmas. Prep Sportswear shipped them out in a timely fashion, but they were lost by USPS. As soon as I told them about the problem, they offered to send a replacement order. Customer Service was prompt and easy to work with over email.

I ordered on 1/15/25, paid $9.99 for shipping because I needed the item for my daughter's school spirit week on 1/21/25. The order didn't arrive until 1/24/25. I ended up buying a more expensive school hoodie locally.

When I inquired about returning the items, this was Ashley's canned response:

"Per our policy we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were completed to order, shipped and delivered. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns. Have a great rest of your day." (I really hate the 'have a great rest of your day' patronizing...).

Bottom line? Shipping takes a long time and customer service is less than friendly/accommodating. Order somewhere else.

Do not buy anything from this company. The picture of the sweatshirt I ordered had green font; when the sweatshirt arrived, the font was blue. I contacted customer service, and they wouldn’t give me a refund, even though they sent me a sweatshirt that didn’t look like the one I purchased. They told me the font color was correct, even though I had a receipt with a picture of what I bought, and what I bought was still pictured on their website with green font. Complete waste of money, and completely unethical company.

Delivery was prompt in the quality of the product was great! Got this as a gift and they loved it! It’s been worn several times in the last month and it looks brand new
