Extremely disappointed. We achieved 10 shades for it to fade drastically after an hour. I thought they might offer a top up as the lovely gentlemen I had the appointment with suggested. But via email they only offered a at home whitening kit I'd have to pay more money for to travel and get! Very disappointed. Multiple other clinics have assured me this is not normal. Do not recommend at all.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS CLINIC.
They are not professional and I would not trust them at all to touch my teeth after my experience with them over the phons. They have not honoured my £99 Groupon voucher. They sell lots on Groupon at great prices but actually have not much availability. When I asked for assistance over the phone, I ended up speaking to one of their male colleagues who began threatening to record my call and were incredibly rude and hung up the phone on me. He also called me "confused", which was very condescending. I'd rather pay more to be treated professionally.
I should have listened to all the reviews that said the same thing.
AVOID.
Disgraceful behaviour from staff for a number of reasons:
1. They booked my appointment and then bombarded me stating that I must arrive 15mins beforehand to fill in a form that took no more than 2mins to complete. They called about 10mins before my appt and complained that I should be in 15mins before. I'm still baffled as to why I wasnt informed of this during the booking?! Or at least book my appt with 15mins leeway?
2. The dentist is within another clinic and there are not clear instructions on how to find the building. Wasn't informed it was in the basement of a five story building with no lift. There is zero signage.
3. Lastly, I informed the receptionist prior to arrival that I was pregnant. Upon arrival, they explain that they can't work on my teeth due to my pregnancy! It was a complete wasted journey.
I understand that everyone makes mistakes but so many in such a short period? They don't care to rectify the situation either. The main issue that followed is that they still have not refunded me - I have had to contact them (haven't receieved a response). I'm not holding my breath. In case you haven't realised, I DO NOT recommend.
