Wollte Bestelle Ware zurück senden.
Man kann auf keiner E-Mail antworten.
Und ein Rücksendeetikett gab es nicht
Auf ca 5 E-Mails gab es keine Anrwort.Da die Angelegenheit ein halbes Jahr her ist habe ich den Schriftverkehr nicht mehr.
Habe die geforderte Summe nun bezahlt ,um endlich Ruhe zu haben um nicht als Zechpreller dazustehen.
Den Ware zurücknehmen steht wohl nicht in den Kaufbedingungen.
Nie mehr.

Miese Ware geliefert, vorher bezahlt und jetzt kommt ein halbes Jahr später eine „letzte Mahnung“ für eine angeblich gelieferte Ware, die nicht bezahlt wurde.
Es wurde und wird bei diesem Shop nichts mehr bestellt !!!
Auf die Beweise der Bestellung und Zustellung sind wir gespannt……
Dieser Shop sieht keinen Cent mehr von uns!

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Es wird fehlerhafte Ware versendet und wenn man sein Geld zurück möchte, soll man die Ware nach Brasilien mit horrenden Paketkosten senden. Fazit: 150 Euro in den Sand gesetzt und Paypal steht auf der Seite des Verkäufers

Unprofessional, unhelpful, wasting time and space , made order two weeks,ago and still not arrived, I email customer service many times and,still no reply
Ignored and extremely disappointed

Absolute rip off site i have reported to trading standards do not but off them items come from china between 7 to 25 days quality is shite do not buy anything from this site!!

Ordered a tv 4th dec recieved an email will be delivered 29th dec rang them said will be too late will go elsewhere, then get an email saying delivery will be 21st although ive bought elsewhere. Tracking says delivered and signed absolutely not by me. Customer service always sound like there having a party noise is so loud. Managers lie and said they will look into and call you back must have rang 20 times. I will not be paying for a tv i did not receive!!

Premierman this figure 1132 people are waiting ahead of you is truly shocking I assume they are all angry customer's trying to get through to you

If you have a query with these joker's they are not interested

According to the female operator they don't work weekends that's strange

Am being lied to by the manager I spoke with last week

I am being asked for payment for goods not received you just cannot make this up

Susie you need hearing test and telling me there are other angry customer's waiting to speak to a manager tells me everything I need to know customer service is the wrong role for you as you have come across as utterly unprofessional you have no inter personal skills in dealing with customer's

Tried to make them aware that my mum is dying and not able to make any payments on the acct,only to get told to get POA and get her to sign!! she has been taken in to hospital and not ablet to! very uncaring and then wanted me to pay when I am not even able to pay for food,let alone anything else

Terrible Customer Service, I bought 2 pairs of joggers from them, tried them on they didn’t fit
Returned them straight away in original packing with labels still attached,
They sent them back to me at my cost saying refund refused garments have been worn No Appeal !
Well of course they have I tried them on.
Be Very Very Careful if you ever consider ordering from them

About 8 months ago I got a letter from Premier Man saying I had opened an account with them. It looked sus so ignored it. A few months later I got a bill that I ignored and today I have a letter saying they are going to get in contact with debt collectors. I have never used their site or had an account with them. I'm more than willing for this to goto court if it exposes them because after reading other comments there is clearly a scam going on here.

My wife has recently started receiving demanding letters (to an old address she has not lived at for over 5 years) to pay for items she has never ordered or received, on an account she never created. After a quick search online it seems this is commonplace and happening to many people - clearly not a coincidence. Don't engage with their fraudulent activity.

Small and extremely large catalogue cause they are the only 2 sizes they have

This company has no due diligence and allowed someone to set up multiple accounts in my name and address, sent multiple parcels which I returned. The person who they allowed to do this even set up new accounts over the phone stealing my identity. I think their "fraud " department is all part of the scam.

This would be 0 star if I could pre ordered a switch 2 months in advance, when I received the product it had been clearly opened and tampered with all seals had been broken and parts were loose inside do not use this joke company its only now I see they have a 1 star rating I will be returning the item

Definitely dodgy ... I received letters about an account that I didn't open, when I tried to contact them to report fraud I was told I had '317 people in front of me' ... !
Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one ... avoid at all costs!

Actually would score zero, fraudulent account opened in my name but told my supposed order had been cancelled due to credit checks. Phone to say never heard of them, next statements are sent to tell me I owe them money for an order I never made, never received, if someone did order whatever it was. All after telling me the account I never opened had been cancelled! Are they ok ???? This began in Nov 2024 still receiving statements. If you get a letter saying your account has been cancelled do not phone them, my husband also got the same letter but I didn’t mention this and he hasn’t received statements, just wondering whether fraudster are using this method to verify identity.

Premier man is a joke!!!I have so many problems with them!I order clothes next day delivery and they don't get delivered at all!I speak to customer service (there a joke aswell!!)they say there's something wrong with my address!!what!!I have stuff delivered here and no problems!!the customer service haven't got a clue at what there doing.stay away!!

Fraudulent account in the name of my 97 year old bedridden mother demanding money for goods never ordered nor received. Reported to police.
