Fantastic service from start to finish and the discounted prices are unbelievably generous.
I always do heavy research before making any purchase (especially when it’s an expensive one that you definitely have to get right first time) and this company stood out head and shoulders above the rest.
I took the plunge (no pun intended) and bought their Tahiti 6 person tub with its twin loungers, Bluetooth speakers and its advanced ozone filtration system.
A quick phone call to Premier, to which all my pre purchase questions were answered, confirmed I was making a good choice and so I happily placed my order.
Delivery was efficient and contained all the chemicals and accessories (I purchased the luxury package which was great value) needed to get me up and running straight away.
The tracking on delivery day was accurate and they’ll place the tub exactly where you want it which (according to my research) isn’t always the case with other companies, they don’t just dump it and run either, they follow up to make sure everything is working fine and exactly as you expected and they also offer a servicing and repair service to keep your tub in tip top condition as well!
My wife and I have already had so much enjoyment from our new tub, getting in it nearly everyday, and it’s done my lower back pain a world of good with its 105 massage jets some of which you can direct straight to the perfect spot!
So in short if you’re after a real hot tub, not just some glorified blow up paddling pool with pin pricks masquerading as ‘jets’ and where you just sit on the hard floor, then Premier Hot Tubs come highly recommended, don’t just take my word for it, visit their site and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience getting our first hot tub. Super customer service all the way and very flexible on delivery, making it very smooth. After a couple of months, still very happy with it. Can certainly recommend them.

After having the hot tub 3 years only using it for 12 months then emptying and standing for the rest we have noticed the gel coat bubbling up in seating areas which i have been told this is fibre glass rot there is suppose to be a 10 year warranty on shell on getting in touch i was asked what chemicals had used then every excuse used to get out of warranty not even been out to look at it and then told unless its leaking carry on using it how about the gel coat bubbles breaking leaving sharp edges on seating areas and how would i know if its leaking as its impossible to see underneath the tub absolute joke very poor quality don't even bother buying one that's my opinion terrible after sales as of the reply from you all the chemicals used on this tub where from your company which your where told this no tablets have ever been used its just bad quality fibre glass you have not even sent any body to even look at it

Premier Hot Tubs were simply perfect from beginning to delivery, and could not have gone smoother. The service from Rick, and Karen, both of whom I bombarded with endless questions was impeccable. They were patient, helpful and truly went the extra mile. They answered every question at every step and no request was too big or small. The product is exactly as advertised and works perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough. It was a truly faultless experience.

I purchased the Tahiti Hot Tub with SMART TV and the Alaska Single Person Ice Bath. The purchase and delivery were smooth sailing. Thanks to an obliging neighbour, we came through her property and through our fence, all of which was arranged and agreed with the company prior to the delivery. I was surprised that the delivery was done by one person, but with the equipment they had, that was not an issue.

As far as the hot tub, I am very happy, going for lots of jets was definitely the right decision and opting for the tv, even though an extra indulgence, I do not regret at all, not only do I watch tv on it, I also stream my music through it (but be advised you will need a decent wi-fi connection to do either of these, I added a wifi access point outside as mine was too weak).

The cold tub does its job, it is cold and you can monitor and change setting via the app, which is very handy.

Overall I would have no qualms recommending this company and its products to anybody. Even when I had questions, the after support was very quick to respond.

Had an issue with the lights in my hot tub. Telephoned them and they advised I needed a new light box which I purchased. There was an issue installing the new light box and again they provided advice which rectified the problem. Would highly recommend this company

Hot tub is great, however 2 x led lights packed in within weeks of delivery. My only gripe is the LED TV is absolutely rubbish, it is that poor they don’t even put the manufactures name anywhere on the tv.(can’t imaging Samsung, LG or Sony would ever do that.) Anyhow it has packed in after 3 years , which seems a long time, however actual usage is a matter of hours. Premier want £240 for this piece if sh-t, Taking the pi-s if you ask me !! Will try fit a none oem tv.

We couldn't be more thrilled with our new hot tub! From the moment it was installed, it's been nothing short of amazing. The communication from the start when we made our first enquires was extremely helpful, we were offered a viewing on the tub we wanted at another customers home which was very helpful, which made it even easier for us to decided that we really wanted to order one. After placing our order they arranged delivery with us which was also very quick. When our tub arrived the setup was seamless, and the quality of the build is top-notch. The jets are incredibly powerful, offering a relaxing massage after a long day and the temperature control is spot on, keeping it just the way we like it. It’s perfect for unwinding with family and friends, or even enjoying a peaceful solo soak under the stars.
Not only does it look great in our garden, it’s also super easy to maintain. We have used it almost every day since installation, and it’s become an essential part of our relaxation routine. If you're considering getting a hot tub, I highly recommend this one—worth every penny!

Rick and Karen are amazing, we were new to the whole hottub experience and had no idea what we were taking on, in fact it was quite daunting but Rick but our minds at rest and was more than happy to answer all the questions we had before purchasing. After a lot of online research we decided to purchase out hot tub from premier hot tubs, admittedly the TV was a deal swinger but now we have taken delivery and had some use I feel it's safe to leave honest feedback. The quality of this hot tub is impressive, it's a well designed area with lots of powerful jets and luxury features, we opted for a special order colour which we love (grey marble effect) The tub maintains its temperature during use very well too. The service has been exemplary with all questions answered and top communication during the process from enquiry to subsequent delivery. I would 100% recommend premier hot tubs to anyone considering them.

Superb service and delivery of our lovely new hot tub. Rick was fantastic in giving advice on the setup, use, and maintenance of the hot tub and despite having delivered to us in sub-zero temperatures was keen to make sure we were completely happy before heading on his way.
We also had some questions after the delivery that were swiftly answered, and throughout our experience Premier Hot Tubs has been great, including with a recent purchase of the WiFi control module, which we really should just have ordered at the outset.
The hot tub itself is a really solid unit. We had left our ‘old’ hot tub at our previous house despite only being a few years old, but this one has already proven to be a more powerful and much better built tub, having comfortably maintained a 38°c temperature through freezing temperatures and seen use several times a week.
Of the few downsides, I would say that whilst it is well insulated, the energy use is high, using 13-18kwh of electric per day (that’s up to £5 of electric!). Thankfully we can offset that demand against our solar panels, and it will obviously go down in spring / summer, but for most people I imagine you’d not want to run it at full temperature through the coldest weather.
Whilst the tub is insulated, and we have the additional ‘winter’ cover, but I can see plenty of scope for much insulation to have been built in to the sidewalls and base. It’s something I’m probably going to investigate for next year (warranty permitting) by putting some 30-40mm PU board on the inside of the sidewalls. I’ve not tested it, but I’m not entirely convinced the winter cover is doing much for thermal performance, but it does offer protection from the weather. The foam on the inside of the cover tears very easily at the seams - I was warned about this needing gentle handling, but the wind caught it when I was putting it back on one night and it split at the bottom down one side. Nothing a bit of gafffer tape won’t fix, but not great for only having had it 3 weeks.

Overall we’ve been delighted with the service from Premier Hot Tubs, and hope this will continue over time through servicing / maintenance etc. The tub is solid, and despite a few odd quirks on the electrical connection side (needs a 32mm gland and earthing terminal is before the gland) looks to be well built. As with other tubs we’ve used, the valves can stiffen up, but are easy to maintain, and with some straightforward care and maintenance I’d expect the hot tub to last many years to come.

Very happy with Premier Hot Tubs. Very efficient service. They were very helpfuly with any queries I had. Delivery organisation was well laid out and they followed up with some very helpful how to videos to help setup the tub. Would highly recommend them.
