I placed the order online. A week later not having heard anything from them apart from order confirmation I rang. The guy on phone apologised but said he was sure what I wanted was in stock. I could have waked there, collected them & walked back within a week! He eventually rang me back "yes" what I'd ordered was actually in stock but had been stored under an incorrect code. Not sure how long I would have had to wait for a response had I not contacted them. Once he found what I wanted we did have them the next day.

Easy to order, no problems encountered.

WE HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED FROM PREMIER FOR OVER 10 YEARS, THEY ARE GREAT TEAM ALWAYS HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD STOCK ISSUES AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED AND DELIVERY IS VERY PROMPT
THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

Great service but would have been good to have a choice of postage, for eg 2nd class. Also Parcel Force will no longer leave parcels in a safe place and I had an 8 mile trip to collect it from my nearest Post Office. Other than that, everything excellent

After discussing our needs, the high end cleaning chemicals we use for our Mortuary were with us within 24 hours. A fantastic fast service without th hassle of high pressure sales. We would recommend Premier for any Mortuary operation that embraces compliance, safety and cleanliness.
