Engineer arrived within 24 hours of my call. His explanation of the problem was clear and detailed.

The engineer was prompt courteous and very efficient.

Premier have looked after the two boilers at our home for many years. They always keep to appointments and keep us informed of work needed etc, so there are no surprises.

Absolutely outstanding service and company. Our central heating suddenly failed over the weekend. A phone call on Monday morning and Janice organised an engineer to attend 07.45 Tuesday morning. Chris was thoroughly professional and soon traced the fault of a failed zone valve and he fixed there and then from his onboard spares. A true deserve of a 5 star rating.

I had my boiler serviced today, The,young man has to remove part of a wardrobe to get to the boiler,which he did with very little problem.and replaced everything afterwards. He gave me a paper report to add to my boiler file, and explained something that may need looking at in the future. Very pleased with the service I odtained.

Engineer arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable and carried out the service on by boiler efficiently and took great care not to make any mess. Very satisfied customer!
