Great support for first timers

Ana was great! The way she explain things is just perfect , happy, with excitement, ( not all sad bored that wants to make go to sleep ) happy to repeat and answer any questions, explain the difference in the viruses, bacteria names and what could potentially happen.
Over all if I get to do this again I hope I get her again or at least some like her

Ronny (Ronald) was a wonderful instructor. His teaching style was very engaging and jovial. He made learning the material fun and the hours flew by. After his course I felt very prepared for the test. Thank you Ronny. Best instructor I've had for this course and this was my third time taking it.
