It was created when Pete the CEO finally (and after many years of unsuccessful attempts to stop smoking) discovered electronic cigarettes and switched to them. Pete as well as many Premier E-Cigs customers have not looked back since. We will always aim to keep our prices low whilst only ever offering top quality products.

Great Experience

I find it easy to find and order what I need. Also delivery is great free if you spend enough which is quite low. 1st class delivery so you know when items are arriving and the team can and do help if you need a hand.I once e mailed them and they sent me the info at once so I could make my purchase. I use them for all my vaping needs. I order annually and get liquids and vapes, works great for me.

This vape shop is the one for you!!!

This review is for the shop in Larchwood crescent, Birchwood in Lincoln

If you're looking for a vape shop this is the one for you. I was served by James and I was not rushed nor did he try and push a certain product on me, he took in to account everything I like in a vape and ended up coming out with a vaporesso luke x Pro. Not gonna lie I was a bit hesitant at first as it wasn't the one I already had (which was on its way out) but I have ended up preferring this this one over my original. Absolutely chuffed with the customer service here and I'd like to highlight how professional and knowledgeable Jamie and also Adam who I spoke with today.are. I just hope there is another shop like this round my way in SW London. Keep up the great work fellas you're both a credit to your company 👌

Prompt and polite

Great company. Wide choice. Easy to navigate website. Always polite and helpful on phone if there is an issue. I never shop anywhere else .

These guys are the most helpful and…

These guys are the most helpful and friendliest team of people. They are an absolute delight to deal with and go above and beyond to assist customers. They offer excellent delivery which amazes me how fast they can provide my order here in Belfast. The range and prices offered are excellent. I believe excellent service like this should be highlighted and unfortunately it’s few and far between these days. These guys offer excellent service so I have no hesitation in highly recommending to all my friends and family and I’m delighted to recommend through reviews. Thanks guys for always looking after me. Keep up the excellent work - it sets you miles ahead of any competitor.
