Love this shop!! Just moved over from Australia and it’s my favourite!

Lovely shop, amazing deals, very nice staff, very happy.

I was looking for the new pram for my daughter. I found 2 of them. One was in much better colour on PLO. And was only 1 in stock. On Sunday afternoon I've made purchase. Straight away I was checking the site and was information about this pram OUT OF STOCK. Monday morning I've checked again the site and what a suprice again 1 in stock. Almost on the same time in my head start blinking red light. I started to trying get some information from customer service- I got 3 different email address- no answer, online chat- no answer, phone- voice mail.. All day I was thinking what's going on. Thanks to God I've made payment by PayPal and my money didn't go through so far and I cancelled everything Anyway I got answer next day afternoon that they need 3-5 working days for picking the item? Really? Around midday same day I've made purchase in other store and at 4pm, I got information that my purchase will be next morning with me. AVOID PLO !!!!

PreciousLittleOne suddenly started sending me spam emails in October 2021. I did buy something from them in 2015 and was not on any marketing lists. It is not acceptable to suddenly start sending spam to customers from 6 years ago without their permission. My children are now too old for the products this company sells! I complained but didn't even get a response! The new owners clearly don't care about customer service.

J32 is a well stocked baby shop has all u need and more
staff are really friendly and helpful I will definitely be back and will be telling my friends and family.

I used to love this store but now it’s under new ownership it’s terrible. I ordered weeks ago. Ordered 4 things, 3 of which ended up being out of stock. I was informed via my dispatch email. I wouldn’t have even known if i hadn’t gone back and checked the email as my parcel didn’t turn up. Parcel still not turned up. Can’t get hold of precious little one or yodel. Will have to contact bank to recover funds. What a nightmare. Getting inundated with marketing from them but no response. So frustrating.

Like so many others I see on here I ordered goods 2 weeks ago, money gone from my account. I have emailed and called numerous times and no response but still getting marketing emails constantly. Dreadful. I am going to contact my bank now. Order No.21457

I’m waiting for a refund on an item I returned a month ago. I’ve emailed, called and sent a Facebook message several times and never receive a reply. I’m still getting inundated with marketing emails though!!

I Ordered two items on their website for my granddaughter on 22nd October they said they would be 3 to 5 working days have not received them and tried to contact them via email and phone with no response they have taken my money so now I will be contacting trading standards and my bank.
