How refreshing to actually be able to go into a baby shop and try out prams. I was pregnant and seen lots of prams online but really wanted to see them in person. Someone recommended this store to me in Castleford Junction 32 and it was worth the trip. Loads of different makes and the staff member that helped me was so informative but not pushy. They even had a play area for my husband to sit in whilst my little boy played. Cannot rate this shop enough. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience. We will be back!!

बकवास प्रोडक्ट है एक नंबर का लिटिल वंश पहले सही था एक बार सही है उसके बाद एक नंबर का बकवास प्रोडक्ट भेज दिया मेरे पैसे डूब गए अगर किसी को कस्टमर केयर का नंबर पता है तो मुझे बताएं मुझे कंप्लेन करना मेरे ₹800 का प्रोडक्ट इन लोगों ने नकली भेज दिया यह 2 घंटे तक नहीं टिक पा रहा और यह 12 घंटे कहते हैं कि हमारा प्रोडक्ट का है 2 घंटे में इसकी हालत खराब हो जा रही है

Spent a lot of money on a bundle and some of it never turned up, emailed numerous times and called never got a answer. Then the website said it went into liquidation now it’s back up and running still have never heard anything back and never got a refund for what didn’t turn up! Would never buy from here or recommend anyone to buy from here!

I ordered my grandson a pram in May 2021 he was born November 2021 and the frame is bent I am trying to get in touch but cannot find contact details and telephone is not working.

Hi I bought a push chair for my daughter 10 months ago , it has been broken I try to contact them don’t they don’t answer the phone , email .. I have two year guarantee and Iam hoping that someone gone reply to my message ..

Ordered a baby’s trike… no correspondence only to say that there was a delay and it would be a while before it came back into the warehouse. Weeks later after numerous emails and trying to use to live chat I get a letter in the post to say the company has gone into liquidation and I have to fill out forms to try to claim my money back!! No idea if I’ll ever get it back! Terrible they’d take so many orders before Christmas

They don't respond to emails at all, 2 weeks later still waiting.
We managed to contact supplier direct and they were amazing. Sent items out within 48 hrs. Will not use again.

There is no customer service. Literally nobody to talk to. I ordered a pram got a confirmation email and delivery would be 3-5 working days. I realised pretty quickly after not receiving a dispatch email that it was a con site. Then looked at reviews. Checked their social media pages and noticed all comments were removed on their posts. I sent emails, left voicemail messages, tried live chat. My last move was to set up a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they can get my money back. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company deserve 0 stars ,item was delivered buy yodel and left outside (it was surposed to be signed for ) I was out all day and when I returned there wasn't nothing there ,I didn't realise it had been delivered until I tracked.Yodel did not want to take responsibility and said the sender needs to raise a claim left 10 messages , about 10 emails ,left messages through live chat and contacted and left messages through Facebook and insta no reply .I even tagged in social media !

I have been chasing since the 18th Oct with no reply this is the WORSE company ever do not use and DO NOT waste your money!

Do not order from this company. A duplicate order was placed in error and I was told the order c couldn't be cancelled as their website advised as they were going through a depot change and that I needed to just reject the delivery for a full refund. O rejected the delivery and have video footage, yodel returned the parcel to sender. Well that was 2 months ago and despite chasing them several times I still haven't had my refund. Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs!!

I am very disappointed placed order on 22/11/2021 received order confirmation no other . contact the phone number no one answers left several voice messages and email have not heard anything. Ver poor service has the company gone into liquidation very concerned

One is to many ordered a little tikes cozy coupe internet states in stock but then I am told by email waiting for stock waiting for a reply to cancel order as I was told can’t tell me if I will get it for Christmas

Ordered a travel cot on the 5th November still not received this unable to speak to anyone sent several emails told would be sent out still no cot 😡😡😡

ordered a Blue Liionelo BASTIAAN ONE child seat.Rear facing with Iso Fix and rear tethering strap.
Received a Black CozNsafe Olympus forward facing non Iso Fix which is not fit for purpose. Have tried all ways to contact Precious Little One but to no avail.
This now only leaves me with getting the credit card company to sort it out.

I ordered something on 31/10/21 and I have still not received my order. Can’t even get through to anyone on their line and so response to my emails!
What is going on.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible customer service. Ordered a Moses basket for my little girl coming. Took a long time for them to send my order and what has arrived is not what I ordered. Different brand and colour has been delivered the Moses basket also stinks of a horrible smell. Which is completely unacceptable.
