Great product, excellent value and fantastic in store service

Ordered baby bottles from them. They arrived used, dirty and damaged. Tried to contact customer services many times and when I called them they lied and said they replied more than they actually had done. I'm not stupid, I can see whether they've responded or not. Woman on the phone showed no remorse for the fact that their product was used and damaged. They blamed the delivery company, but they're the ones responsible for the delivery. Also, I doubt the delivery company opened up the bottle to drink some milk. I have received many deliveries from this same delivery company, and not a single one has arrived in the condition that this product did. I do feel as though the blame lies with Precious Little One - whether it was a used product, poor packaging, etc. But, like I said, no remorse or accountability. They did offer a refund eventually, but insisted I pay for the return to be reimbursed afterwards - ridiculous. After some pushing, they promised to arrange a courier collection. This was a lie, as I instead received a prepaid label to drop off myself. I will now have no bottles, and have had a poor experience with this company; with their products, their customer service and their aftersales care. I would not recommend.

Shocking experience all round! I bought two item from this shop and both have broken! First item I bought was a sandpit which had a lovely cannopy which I presumed would protected it from the rain however the first time it rained the strut holding the canopy broken and screw came out the wood leaving a very dangerous situation for my littles. The 2nd item was a bizzi growin pram which was brought for a holiday and because of health problems leaving me wanting a light weight pram. The pram first had problems a 8 weeks after purchase where the basket underneath broke, rain cover ripped after first use and the footmuff bought at the same time the zip broke, I return to store and they message manufacturer and replacements were sent the foot muff was fine but replacement basket was shocking ! The replacement was scratched, had several holes and the seams coming undone! The 2nd round of problems came 6 weeks after this where the cross bar where my little one sits snapped clean off when we were out and about and the hood bar snapped as well… back to store we go and this point I want a refund for a piece of rubbish as if this went on a plane it wouldn’t come back in one piece! Not an option so they sent all information to manufacturer again and I’ve waited over 2 week with no correspondence, gone to shop today and they got a response a week ago saying that they wouldn’t fix my now dangerous pram! The owner came up with now resolution and now I have no pram, down money and very very upset! DO GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR MONEY! Anything wrong with product they simply same it’s not there problem… worst customer service and experience of my life!

Tracey and Claire absolutely fantastic customer service. Came into the store with only 7 weeks to go and there couldn't of help and been more accommodating and so helpful. So relieved with the experience I have received from this store. I will be returning again.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable didn't make me feel silly for asking lots of questions or asking for more details on my pram bundle!
Zero pressure I got to browse around the different prams by myself with staff on standby ready to help wich I really liked!

The store is very well-organized I walked in looking for a pram and walked out with a little bit of everything! Toys,clothing & sleep essentials they had everything and then some!
A huge thank you to the staff who helped me I'm really excited to collect my pram when it arrives! 😁

Lovely baby shop, got everything you could need at fab prices. Staff are lovely, helpfull and knowledgeable. Claire was wonderful, sorted everything I needed, nothing was too much to ask.
