AVOID AVOID AVOID! They even slagged their own product.

Placed an order for a pond pump, solar panel, aerator and other items. Waited over a week for them to arrive. Was told there would be a tracking number and it would be 24 hours delivery. When tracking number arrived royal mail had no receipt of the goods. When chased, PowerBee said that only the filter was being sent. No pump, no solar panels. They were not included in the shipment for some reason. So I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks at least. I asked why I couldnt still recieve the other parts of the order and they said they would send them in the meantime. This included the aerator. When I received the next tracking number for the first batch of goods, I was informed that the aerator was not included either. So all they were sending was a filter box and 75% of the order was still missing. I told them to cancel the order. They said that once the filter box was returned they would refund. I asked them to refund the 75% of the order that was not in the shipment. As that would not require returning...as it has not event been sent. I got a line of psychobabble about "bundles". They would only refund the cost of the aerator as that was bought not part of a bundle. So now I need to wait until only a tiny part of that bundle arrives, before they will refund the £270 it cost.

Here is how they told me I was getting arefund for the aerator: "the tiny little oxygenator that you ordered has been refunded already which certainly would not have been suitable for your pond in any case"

That "tiny little oxygenator" was about £60. And at no point did I tell them about the size of my pond, or its intended use. They even slagged their own product!

When I tried to call them, I got an automated text. I replied calling them a "c*nt". Which I stand by.

A total and utter shambles of a company. The owners names are Nathan Pemberton and Brigita Suttie Stasytyte. Im keen know what a scammer TV show producer thinks of them.

Update... i never said i bought anything, i wanted to. The only way to speak to you is via a page on your site. Which i did 3 times. You say there is no record. You are either lying or there is a problem with your system. I have sent another message but i suspect you will say you didnt get that. Your reply is extremely misleading as though you are pointing the finger at me rather than accepting responsibility for your own short comings. ..........After 3 messages on their website over the past two weeks, not a single reply. I called one time but got answer machine to be told to send a message. Then a text saying message on our website. I told them what I wanted, it is over £200. I told them I would leave a review if they did not contact me. Well here we are. Their products may he brilliant from what people say but their interaction with a potential customer is terrible. Zero stars if I could leave that as a mark.

I’m disappointed with my experience. The product I received was incorrectly described on the website, although I noticed the description has now been updated. Unfortunately, customer service was poor — no gesture of goodwill or acknowledgment was offered for the inconvenience caused or the time spent arranging the return. Overall, very frustrating.

Recently installed Sunspray SE 700 pump into a very small natural spring head which drained into a small lined pond, 6'x5'. It needed more supply than could be delivered by gravity. The pump provides that increased flow from this source, this pump in this case is not a water feature but a functional asset to an artificial pond fed by a natural water supply. It does not need flow when the sun does not shine so a battery backup was not needed.

I bought 3 battery & solar powered, motion sensor garden lights for a long alleyway. Ordering was super easy, delivery was quick, products were great.
No hesitation to buy from this company again - and better still, they are fairly local to us too.

Order was not fulfilled. Refund sent and despite enquiry no explanation why was offered.

Easy transaction. Fast delivery. At last a solar product with a decent sized solar panel!

I have had many solar powered gadgets. Most lights haven’t been that good. However powerbee solar security light has performed magnificently. After 3.5 months since January it hasn’t been charged. Honestly I hope this isn’t a one off or a fluke. I guess I will have to charge it at some point.

Bought SE360 solar pond pump, product greatly upgraded over previous version, which lasted over a decade until a cable connection became intermittent. Recommended.

Great service. Quality, bright lights that look fabulous.

Had an issue with one and it was replaced immediately, without quibble.

Powerbee solar garden lights are excellent I have bee(n) buying their products for years following a recommendation from a friend.
Every item I have bought has arrived quickly and has been superb quality, so I have never had to use their customer service team.

The battery as part of the solar water fountain I purchased from Powerbee is faulty and still under warranty. I have tried every avenue to make contact with them to discuss this but they are ignoring me.
I would not recommend Powerbee as they are very keen to take your money but have no interest in customer service or their reputation, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POWERBEE.

Very happy with solar pond pump. One of the reasons I chose to buy from PowerBee was that they specifically mentioned they source parts which will suit the UK climate.

As I live in the North of England, I went for a larger solar panel than I probably needed for my small pond (Sunspray SE 1000) knowing that I wouldn't always get great sunshine during the winter months. I've been really impressed with how this pump has performed over the past year since purchase. On sunny days, the pump has often kept running well after dark. Even in winter, the battery has trickle charged enough for the pump to come on a little bit and keep the pond water moving. I should say that I run the pump at a fairly low setting as I'm more interested in it running longer to keep the pond oxygenated. The pump still looks and sounds good trickling away in the background. On full power, the water was spraying well over the edges of my 250 litre pond.

I needed help to re-instate an old water feature that has never really functioned very well. Powerbee were patient, professional and prompt during our email exchange. The resulting advice significantly reduced my self-induced anxiety about the project and I am delighted with the end result. Fast delivery and great follow up service too

I bought my little blue fish solar powered water feature last summer. I thought it was very good value, delivered safely and speedily. After a few teething problems constructing it ( and that were swiftly dealt with by e mail) my fish spouted water on every sunny day. I am about to set it up again and I look forward to hearing it and seeing it. Thank you PowerBee.

Good well made lights with great illumination- coming up to my second year and they are still working well. Very good company to deal with and very informative and helpful with their lights. Great advice on their website. Good delivery as well
