Odd idea of customer service!
I am sure the supplements are good, but I am baffled at the complete lack of contact. No email to say thanks for the order. No updates on delivery. No follow up. Just the pills in a jiffy bag. Not even a delivery note.
Didn't make me feel like a valued customer, that's for sure!!

Have been taking these supplements for a few days, hoping for improved skin and better health generally. Would be giving 5 stars but a little disappointed the collagen has to be a double dose (would 1 a day still achieve results?) but so far so good, have taken the ‘before photo’ looking forward to the ‘after’ one. Nice packaging, prompt delivery.

These supplements really compliment my skincare regime...
This is the second delivery of supplements I have had from Potion London, since setting up a subscription for The Hyaluronic Complex and The Collagen Boost, so in all I have been taking these supplements for approximately 3 months. I really love these products, they are very easy to take and have no aftertaste, and I think that they are really helping my skin from the inside, complimenting my skincare routine, and I plan on continuing with this regime for some time. They are superb quality, and made a little more cost effective by subscription. With my last order, I also received a lovely Chai soap as an unexpected gift, which was really thoughtful. Thank you!

Potion convert
I’ve been taking a number of Potion products because I had a nasty respiratory tract infection last month and was struggling to get back to normal, plus I’m 60 and have arthritis and chronic pain in my back. I feel much better in myself and my energy levels are back to normal. Excellent products and excellent service. If you need a boost give them a try.

Love the products, especially the probiotics. My husband and I both use them, I haven’t had a cold since using them! About to start taking Eat Your Greens too. Amazing customer service too.

Fabulous supplements for fabulous skin!
I bought the collagen and hyaluronic capsules. My skin was in an awful state after major surgery and high strength painkillers. I cannot believe the difference, I've had lots of compliments about how great my skin looks. It's great to finally find supplements that do what they say they will do at a competitive price.

Good offer and speedy delivery however slightly dissapointed that the amount of pills you have to take is 3 as that makes the bottle last only for 20 day which then means that the price it's actually expensive.
Not sure if it has any effect yet since only started using last week so finding request for the review send to early

I bought the collagen and greens…
I bought the collagen and greens capsules using a Virgin Red discount code . The order was received promptly and was well packaged.
However, the instructions on the bottle say to take 3 collagen capsules a day which means that a bottle of 60 doesn't even last 3 weeks. I didn't know this when I placed the order otherwise I would not have bothered. I think if you buy a bottle of 60 it is reasonable to expect there to be at least a months supply.

Hi Gillian, we're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the amount of capsules in the Collagen Boost. Lots of our customers take 2 a day of the collagen so a bottle lasts 30 days. The stated dose is the maximum so it's fine to take less if you wish. Most of our other supplements are 1 a day so a bottle lasts 60 days but the Collagen is slightly different. We'd love to stay in touch to see if 2 a day work for you, as most people notice a difference from taking this amount.
