I’m pleased to of purchased, my last two used 911’s from Porsche Cambridge. However, Porsche East London O.P.C is my nearest dealer. Apologies to East London, I’m instantly ‘put off’ as in my recent experience, you are unable speak directly to the actual centre, ‘call centre enquiries only 🥱’, taking this into consideration, I prefer to travel the extra miles to return to Cambridge for service.

😅My vehicle went in for a ‘fault find’ regarding to a ‘intermittent ’ fault warning, upon starting.

I booked in advance, as it’s a requisite for me to obtain a ‘loaner’, and I was relieved i found the whole process efficiently arranged.

Natalie on ‘service’ arranged the replacement vehicle as it was a necessary requirement, as I live and work ‘flipping’ miles away 🥲. A new Audi was gratefully supplied, no problem to me, as long as I can get home and to work👍.

Two days later, the fault was resolved, covered under warranty, no fuss and or any nonsense.

As an added note, Cambridge Porsche service opens at 8.00 a.m, and I arrived at 7.40 a.m. ahead of schedule & Natalie greeted me on her way in to work. ‘No issue’ and invited inside to collect my vehicle, which meant I was only a little late for work.

Natalie I’m pleased to advise, offered exceptional service and kept me efficiently informed of updates, relative to pre booking appointment and to when my vehicle was under diagnosis.

It was the people who made our experience so great. Senior Sales Manager Molly Charteris and Senior Porsche Pro George Fleming anticipated what we needed so well that we felt at times they were reading our minds. We had sold our car privately and buying a custom electric Macan meant there was an unavoidable delay in delivery. Molly saw the problem and as she said wanted us ‘to have wheels’ and amazingly provided us with a 2025 electric Taycan for three weeks while we waited on the arrival of our new car. George took the time to explain in detail how the magic works. It was like a prequel to the Macan when we picked it up. Then as if that wasn’t enough Molly secured an offer for us by way of compensation for the few weeks delay of additional insurance on parts. George seemed almost more enthusiastic about the new Macan than we were as he appreciated all the sophistication of what we had just bought. The whole team at Porsche welcomed us like a five-star hotel. Someone once said that ‘your brand is not a logo but is the experience you create for customers.’ Porsche can count themselves very lucky to have brand ambassadors like Molly, George and their team.

Made very welcome as you enter the amazing new building. Our Macan GTS had an oil service, which allowed to us to speak to Molly, from Sales, to give a comprehensive breakdown for a potential opportunity to get a newer car. All done very professionally.
We were also met by Andrew Maund, Dealer Principal, who showed us round, and was very proud of his loyal staff, many with long service. All in all, certainly a 5 Star experience.

Recently I purchased an amazing condition Porsche Taycan from here. I couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend anyone purchasing their next Porsche from here.

Finally managed to secure an Approved Porsche Macan via the Cambridge branch, Molly Charteris was looking after the process and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made everything run smoothly. She was always available and quick to respond to any of my questions. I can highly recommend her and the whole team @ Cambridge branch.

I attended Porshe Cambridge on 17/07/2024 to enquire about a Cayman.

I was dealt with by George who was extremely helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about the cars for sale within their dealership. George took the vehicle out with myself for a test drive and showed me every single feature of the car. I couldn't fault the service and care I received that day even smaller things such as being offered a tea/coffee made all the difference.

Whilst you are waiting for anyone to get back to you the dealership is huge and has plenty of exhibits to eat away the time while your enquiry is dealt with.

Unfortunately due to other financial commitments it was with great regret that I was unable to proceed with the purchase this time however I will certainly be back.

I bought my first Porsche 18 months ago, in doing so, completing a life long aim. I bought my Cayman from Cambridge Porsche during their move from one ‘outdated’ building (Porsche standards!), to a new state of the art facility. Despite this, the service I received in viewing, purchasing and unfortunately, one warranty claim, has far surpassed any car related experience I have received from any other manufacturer, and I dare say, beyond the service I have been provided by any other industry. The approach to customer service and the value received is simply phenomenal. If I could give 6 stars, I would. You should have complete confidence in buying a vehicle from Porsche Cambridge.

The launch event was fantastic and exactly as one would expect of such a prestigious Porsche Centre.
The very best part was the staff as they were all extremely hospitable, attentive and obliging - nothing was too much trouble.

We have had an outstanding experience with Porsche in Cambridge. We walked in on a Saturday a few months back and our first encounter was with Damien, he was polite, welcoming and accommodating. He took us into a lovely room where he went through our options with us. Bearing in mind it was a Saturday, the showroom was busy and we did not have an appointment. Over the coming weeks we exchanged emails with Damien which he would always reply to and helped us with any queries we had. We then placed an order for a Macan S, at this point Molly then took over. Molly’s service was also outstanding, making the whole process relaxed and stress free! We collected our car last week and it was such a lovely experience, from the coffee, to the unveiling of our car, to the time given to us by everyone…it was a 10/10 experience! Myself and my husband cannot recommend this Porsche centre enough!

This week I collected my Cayenne S after an unknown vehicle damaged a rear wing.
I have used Dan and Tim’s team twice before on other Porsches.
The standard of service is absolutely brilliant, both in terms of quality of work and their approach to keep me a satisfied customer.
The car looks stunning and I can be proud of it again.

I contacted Porsche Cambridge to arrange a bodywork repair following collision damage to my Porsche Cayenne.
From the initial contact with Tim & Dan, the whole process was thoroughly professional with the repair carried out in line with the original estimate and in line with the anticipated timeframe.
The communication throughout was excellent creating a hassle-free experience for me. I couldn't have asked for anything better: thank you.

We travelled from Newcastle to Cambridge to purchase our perfect Porsche without even seeing it and upon arrival it did not disappoint.
The service prior to collection from Molly was just faultless and it was nice to put a face to an email once we met.
The showroom was spotless and all the staff looked really smart and had a smile even the coffee was great.
The car was perfect as described and the handover from Teddy was again faultless and the added bonus was a bouquet of flowers for my wife.
Having purchased several Porsche’s over the years Porsche Cambridge has been the best so thank you to everyone and I would not hesitate to drive another 4 hours to purchase another car from them.

Going into Porsche Cambridge is like a 5 star hotel experience. The showroom is simply stunning, and the way the cars are displayed works really well. Molly Charteris looked after us from our fist visit, until we collected our new car. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept in touch with us through all the different stages of the build and delivery. Would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone considering buying a Porsche.

From my first enquiry call to driving my 718 gts 4.0 away and back to Leeds, I was made to feel like a celebrity. Absolutely nothing was too much for Molly and her team which made this experience an absolute joy. I recently brought a Porsche Cayenne Coupe from Porsche Cambridge. Having owner Landrover for 15+ years i was reluctant to change brand. From the first visit i was greeted and served by George Page-Croft, nothing was any trouble for him and there was no pressure whatsoever, hassle free test drive, no pushing me into buying etc. The car is above and beyond my expectation, follow up calls to make sure i was 100% happy with my purchase. Calls to George are always answered or returned if he was busy. I would highly recommended Porsche Cambridge and ask for George if you want proper customer service. Thank you i am a very happy and satisfied customer and other Dealerships should take a leaf out of this companies book.

Had a battery issue whilst abroad and rang my usual AD (Porsche Cambridge) for advice. Brittany Neale was absolutely first class with her amazing support. She liaised with Porsche Lyon for immediate support and then went on to validate a warranty claim so a new battery was waiting ready to be installed once I got back to the UK. Modern cars have so many systems and things can go wrong. When they do, it's great to know Porsche Cambridge care about their clients and have top notch staff like Brittany who are a true role model for providing first class client service and proactively solving problems. Highly recommend this dealer and the team.

Same experience as other reviewer except unfortunately I finally booked my Cayenne in for an oil change (after having no call back 3 times) and was charged a ludicrous £600.
Never will go to this garage again
Spoke to service manager and was told it’s very special oil. Laughable and insulting

Excellent service, friendly staff, very professional. Always very helpful. Highly recommended and I will be dealing with Porsche Cambridge again in the near future.
