Ich war dem 17 März ins Laden zwischen 18/19 Uhr, musste ich mir beeilen da in wenige Minuten den Zug erreichen müsste, da aus München herkam deshalb das Versäumnisse Begrüßung meines Eintretens von der Mitarbeiten habe ich nicht mal große Gedanken gemacht.
Wollte ich einen T-Shirt einkaufen, während den probierte, merkte ich dass die Große nicht passend deshalb fragte zu einem Mitarbeiter der mehr interessierte zum seiner Kollegin über Private Sachen weiter zu sprechen, statt mir zu unterstützen antwortete dass wenn ich den richtigen Größe des T-Shirts an der gleich Ständer nicht gefunden hätte, hätte ich den nicht woanders gefunden…
Da nach dieser Antwort trete ich zurück den T-Shirt zu kaufen, aber in nicht mal 4 Minuten während ich den Laden weiter schaue bevor ich rausging, wohin die Kassen sind, sehe ich wieder den T-Shirt das ich kaufen wollte wohin standen andere Größen, auch die Größe die ich bräuchte!
Meine kurze Zeit zur Verfügung war vorbei konnte ich dann auch nicht andere Zeit verbrauchen, aber frage ich mir dass in ein so geiles Laden wo man geile Sachen finden kann es ist so Schade dass ich beim besuchen tritt über 4 Mitarbeitern die nicht mal eins für Kunde sich stellten..
mit diesem Verhalten hat nur das Porsche Design Geld und Kunden verloren, mindestens 1 der über die Firma seit langen Zeit in München einen Stammkunde gewesen bin.

Très déçu par ce site: les produits ne sont pas qualitatifs et le SAV est déplorable. Ma dernière commande a été annulée sans aucune raison valable. Je déconseille ce site.

After reading the embarrassing amount of negative reviews, i thought i might try my chances with Porsche Design… Don’t bother!!
Trying to return items is an absolute nightmare.

I emailed and emailed to request a return label and i was completely ignored.
I then took it up with PayPal and Porsche Design left it until the very last day to respond.

They provided a return address and i had a few days to ship the item back to them.
Cost of £139!!!

I then discovered that returns should be free, had they supplied me with a return label (not a return address)

But Porsche Design are insisting this is my own fault for not following their return procedure!?!?

Seriously Porsche Design?
Please tell me how i can follow a procedure when you don’t respond, don’t send a return label and instead send me an address to send it to???

AVOID PORSCHE DESIGN.
Returns process is painful. They seem to talk a good talk but when it comes to actually sorting stuff out forget it.
THEY LIE.
I got stung £68 customs charge. Contacted Porsche Design and was my stuff had been released from customs an there would be nothing to pay. They lied. After leaving it as long as possible to the point of HMRC threatening legal action I had to pay. I just kept getting fobbed off. I Still haven't heard anything.

Der letzte Laden!
Habe Artikel in der black week gekauft und teilweise zurück gesendet! Der Eingang der Rücksendungen wurde mir bestätigt! Seit 3 Wochen liegt mir eine Email vor "Sie erhalten 1784 Euro zurück" Zahlung erfolgte über paypal BIS Heute 20.12.24 habe ich 0,0€! Mehrere Rückfragen per Email bzw. telefonisch ohne Ergebnis!
Bin stink sauer! Habe nicht nur Porsche Kleidung!
Wenn nicht bald mein Geld kommt muss ich RA einschalten! Der letzte Laden!

J'ai commandé avec des collègues sur ce site 4 verres et un moule à glaçons Porsche pour fêter l anniversaire d un collègue fan de la marque.
Je n'ai reçu que 2 verres sur les 4, j'ai écrit au service clients à maintes reprises et rien ne se passe depuis début octobre.
Après avoir eu des réponses indiquant que le responsable allait revenir vers moi, rien ne se passe ...Une honte de ne pas adresser tout simplement les 2 verres manquants...

Horriblement déçue par la qualité du produit. Honteux pour une marque soit disant luxueuse.
J’ai commandé un parapluie à 75€ il en vaut 10 à peine !
C’était un cadeau pour que mon conjoint puisse le laisser dans le coffre de sa voiture il n’ose même pas l’ouvrir car au moindre coup de vent il sera cassé.
Chez Mercedes le parapluie nous a été offert et la qualité est incomparable.

Trying to return an item for a week now. I have written three times and not received the returns label. I Just get an email with a link to request a return label. It takes over 24 hours for them to even respond. Will never buy from them again.

Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel für diesen schlechten Kundenservice. Alles was ich wollte, war ein Rücksendeetikett um etwas zu retournieren und ich werde seit einem Monat einfach konsequent ignoriert ubd erhalte nur automatisierte Antworten. Schämt euch,sogar Wish oder Aliexpress hat einen besseren Kundenservice! Ach ja, ich warte immernoch auf eure Antwort!!!

Service catastrophique, délai de réponse trop long, incompétence maximale, au min 10 emails pour obtenir une simple facture proforma que leur système défaillant n'a pas su envoyer

I placed an online order for an Active Driving Blazer with express delivery (48h) to an address in Germany. A week later (!) an empty carton arrived. The carton was intact and sealed on arrival, so the article couldn’t have been removed in transit. I alerted Porsche Design, provided photos. 3 weeks have gone by, and so far I’ve received only an automatically generated email. I am frankly astounded by the disappointing experience.

FINAL UPDATE: I am adding 2 Stars for Porsche Design as they did what a normal company should do in such cases. They Apologized, explaining that they moved to another platform and switched to another Logistics Partner, and sent a valuable Gift. Hope they will contnue to improve the Customer Service Experience.
MAJOR UPDATE: I received the item the next day the chargeback was initiated. The Phone was delivered by another Courier Service.
UPDATE: 1 month since the date of my purchase. The item is still not even shipped. I requested a FULL REFUND, but they ignore my request. BEWARE.

Long story short, I placed my order on 3rd of August, today is already 21st of August, and my order has not been shipped yet. The biggest problem is that the product I bought was meant for a gift to be presented on 20th on August. I thought that 2,5 WEEKS is more than enough for a product to be delivered within EU. Especially, as they claim that Standard Shipping with them takes 3-5 business days. They ignore emails, and if it was not an official store, I would think this is a SCAM. The amount of my purchase is EUR 1899, so this could be quite a big loss.
After the first week of silence I sent a couple of emails to clarify the status of my order, and they did send me a DHL tracking number next week, but it is not working up to this date, because there is nothing to be shipped. I think that they just do not have most of the products in stock.
The funds were credited from my card on 3rd of August and released to them on 7th of August.

To summarize: I am out of EUR 1899 on my account, I did not have a present and had to spend extra money on another one, I do not know if they are going to ship my order after all as they ignore my emails.

To my mind, this website totally ruins reputation of Porsche. I do not understand how they allow them to operate and treat customers like that. Such a shame.

Having bought a pair of sunglasses at full list price from the website, I was disappointed that the inner part of the case detached after just a few days. These things happen but the response from customer service was disappointing, having to ship the empty and broken case back to Germany before a replacement could be sent (despite sending a photos over email).
Let's apply common sense and put customer loyalty first, over a friction filled and expensive returns process.

DO NOT BUY FROM PORSCHE DESIGN ONLINE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If only I had checked the reviews on trust pilot first as many of them reflect my experience. I did not check with trust pilot as I have a porsche tacan purchased from a main uk dealer and they have been very good and just assumed the online shop would provide the high levels of service expected from porsche. How wrong was I and a big mistake my part. The porsche online shop is nothing to do with the UK. Its in germany so if you order any clothing and its the wrong size you have to return to germany. The return process is an absolute nightmare - it took me about 2 hours to fill in all the customs paperwork required, get proformas from porsche etc. but i persevered as the jacket i got was the wrong size and quite frankly quality was poor. I heard nothing for 4 weeks then ( and you won't believe this) the box i sent off landed back on my door step. No email, no explanation, nothing. Ive emailed porsche 4 times now and got no response. i have chased my refund - nothing. its like they don't exist. Never, never , never shall i buy from porsche online again. absolute joke of a company. will keep you all posted as things develop if they develop, but as of right now they owe me £269 for over a month

Absolutely rubbish service !!!
Ordered some valve caps more than 3 weeks ago, DHL shipment details showed they haven’t received the item yet, wrote number of emails to Porsche no replies, phone calls no answered !! I will not buy from them again

Shocking customer service. Returned an item 3 weeks ago, had confirmation they received it back but no refund. They don’t reply to emails. Initiating the return in the first place was hard enough.

Nie wieder Porsche Design-Artikel😡. Grottenschlechte Qualität zu exorbitanten hohen Preisen. Jetzt weiß ich auch, wie man aus Schei… , Geld machen kann. Habe vor ca. 18 Monaten 1 Schlüsseletui und 1 Geldbörse für zusammen fast 500€ gekauft. Mittlerweile sind an der Geldbörse fast überall offene Nähte und am Schlüsselbund innenseitig rissiges und abgeplatztes Leder sowie an den Schlüsselhalterösen starke farbliche Veränderungen durch schlechte Oberflächengalvanik. Porsche verneint eine Kulanz, weil angeblich unsachgemäße Behandlung der Artikel, d.h. Schlüsselbund wäre einer hohen Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt gewesen, deshalb der Rost😂😂😂😂😂 und die Risse im Leder😂😂😂😂😂, offene Nähte weil zuviele Karten und Geld in der Geldbörse😂😂😂😂😂. Aber Gott sei dank gibt es noch Mitbewerber wie Aigner, Büffel, Vuitton, Gucci etc., das man sich mit solch einer TEMU- Qualität wie von Porsche Design, herumschlagen muss😡. Nicht alles aus dem Hause Porsche ist gut, fahre zwar selber Porsche, gestehe aber, das vergleichbare Artikel wie z. B. von Mercedes explizit werthaltiger sind. Der Porsche Design-Kundendienst einfach nur arrogant und dämlich dazu!
