We purchased this product for two weeks at almost £100 after hearing reviews that the router was stable enough to support multiple devices in a WFH setting. The router was super patchy, and we were unable to use our phones if we were on our computers and vice versa. We had to keep the window open and have the router on a pile of books right next to it to ensure that we had some connectivity. It also made for some pretty awkward work meetings where the signal dropped completely, and has on multiple occasions forced me to purchase pay as you go wifi to support my WFH setup. I was fairly disappointed and frustrated, and it definitely was not value for money.

I moved into a brand new house which wasn't connected to the telephone network so I needed a short term fix for broadband. Pop-up 4G was perfect. The unit arrived the day after I ordered it and it truly was plug and play. It couldn't have been easier. Great customer service as well,

We use Popup 4G every year for internet access in rural/coastal Wales. Ordering and delivery of the equipment is very quick and it is easy to set up. The connection is excellent and has always worked well. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Very helpful and great service. Tried everything to get better performance including replacing device and trying a different carrier. Lack of service was not due to Popup4g's service.

Needed a solution for working from home whilst waiting on broadband being installed in a new property. The service was excellent, a speedy delivery and quick response to the few questions I did have. I was able to work effectively from home using g tge service provided and my needs were completely met.

The connection is absolute terribly and breaks constantly, it is barely usable. So very disappointing considering the cost.

I have now used PopUp4G twice and would highly recommend both for the product & quality of service. The first time I rented the router for around a month and had no issues at all. It was easy and convenient to use & return the product. The second time, I needed to return the router without using it and cancel my order (due to an outside issue). Customer service was really efficient and friendly.

Got this as unable to commit to a broadband contract as in temporary accommodation. Arrived within 24 hours of ordering and very easy to set up. Kept extending the contract as limited broadband available at new house. Good enough to allow streaming and work zoom calls. Great service from Popup4G and flexibility of contract was great.

If you are looking for a faultless temporary internet connection and excellent customer service, look no further. So happy with the service. It is expensive but it is worth it, especially when working from home when you need a reliable connection. The temporary router was sent out so quickly and any questions I had via email were answered so quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the company. Definitely worth the money.

Life saver we are in a caravan whilst our house purchase completes absolutely perfect Wi-Fi and amazing customer service at a reasonable price. I called them up told them my problem in the afternoon 09:00 next morning my modem was delivered and by 09:10 I was up and running can’t rate them higher

This company is Extremely helpful and fixed problems immediately . They still get 5* even though the initial router didn’t work properly…they replaced it within 24 hrs and patiently went through all the steps. Really exceptional customer service from Tim and others and offered other home networking advice unrelated to the purchase

I needed a temporary Wi-Fi solution after moving house and waiting for broadband installation. Popup4g provided this with no interruption in the signal over the 2 weeks I had it. I was able to continue working from home with no issues. Delivery and communication where also very good.

The first router sent did not function correctly; the company responded quickly to collect the faulty item and replace it with a functioning router and commenced the contract from a renewed date, so a good service overall despite the initial disappointment

The service levels were absolutely impeccable. Everything was well organised, timely and whenever we had any queries they were replied to promptly. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because - and I guess this is in the nature of relying on a 4G signal - the strength of the signal could sometimes be variable. Not a problem for general use like dealing with emails etc, but it was occasionally an issue for streaming TV / video calls for work.

Delivery was quick and it was fairly easy to install
I had a minor issue in connecting but support was prompt and provided tge right guidance. The problem was related with my cisco vpn software on my laptop
