I ordered the wrong mains charger for my solar pump on Monday 5th June 2023 and only realised after I’d checked out. I contacted the team and they amended the order to the correct charger and authorised the refund of the price difference. The correct charger arrived 6th June and the email notifying me of the PayPal refund also arrived at the same time. Fabulous service. Great products and even greater service. Thank you.

Ordered a pond pump and filter from pondkeeper through amazon, noticed uvc lamp not working, emailed amazon 10pm Sunday, received acknowledgement email back from pond keeper 9am Monay, then received replacement lamp by 10am Tuesday. Just one email no fuss, great customer service

Excellent service, always helpful. They always try to save me money when others try to get you to spend more for what you do not need, hence the reason why I keep returning to do business with them. Delivery is always very prompt as well and great value for money. I can not say enough good things about this company.

Needed a pump for a new large water feature.
Sent an enquiry asking advice to which they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Subsequently ordered the recommended pump, more than happy.

bought a replacement lid for my pond filter it was delivered today 12/5 but opening the box there was a hairline crack in the lid I rang there customer support no and within a hr they've emailed me to inform there apologies and a new lid on the way can't be any fairer than that 10 out of 10.

I had a leak in my concrete pond. I called Pondkeeper with a list of things I thought I needed to buy to fix the leak for advice, after researching extensively on the internet. Pondkeeper instead helped me understand where the leak could be coming from (it was from the waterfall rather than the pond itself), and that led me to (a) identify the source of the leak and (b) fix it using things I had around the house anyway! It was amazing service. Rather than simply sell me a couple of hundred pounds of liner and other products, they really helped me resolve my problem. This is a place that I will shop from for life now. I advise others to do the same. Excellent shop, excellent staff. Really to be trusted!

The delivery was very quick and efficient. I had a problem with he first item that arrived but Pondkeeper soon put everything right for me very quickly within 2 days. 👍. I am very pleased with my experience.

Superb customer service!
I have used Pondkeeper for a few years now and they are great! I purchased a new 36 volt UV which was admittedly defective. Initially they immediately dispatched me a replacement lamp. Upon finding the power supply was duff, there was no quibble in replacement of the system. A weekend e mail was immediately responded to with a priority postage service. Good people! AAAAA

I cannot fault this company. They excel in customer service; going above and beyond to remedy a problem with a live product that had issues due to no fault of their own, they offer products that are of excellent value and they are also very responsive to messages and deliver orders in record time. You should be proud of your business and employees and the quality of service that your provide. My go to retailer for anything pond related for ever more.

Just phoned them after at least 3 years. Need some spares for my pond filter. Didn't have any paperwork, didn't know what model I bought. They looked it up in seconds, found relevant foam filters, new uv lamp (which was 2 for the price of 1 - result!!) and washers. All ordered with free delivery in 5 minutes. Great service!! Thank you so much, one less thing to worry about! :)

Following my latest purchase of a water clarifier, I had a problem which Pondkeeper solved very quickly. I have bought a lot of equipment for my pond from them over the years and have received excellent service and products.

Really helpful after-care service when my pond pump developed a fault within the guarantee period.

My latest pond pump packed up after 18 months maybe, this was about the 4th pump that I had replaced (all the same make - did i never learn !)

Then i found out they are not 24/7. I was advised on a replacement pump, but when it arrived it would not fit the existing pipework. I went back to Pondkeeper 3 or 4 times, each time they helped me, even sending at no cost, replacement connectors.

The new pump is now installed and working - i would not have happy fish if not for Pondkeeper.

My query was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.

Had a problem with a power unit that failed, Nick immediately swung into action and arranged a replacement that arrived the next day.

Had a problem with a pond pump in operation for 18 months tripping electrics. Emailed Pondkeeper regarding guarantee. A few checks were suggested to ensure possible cause, once established pump replaced without issue.
