Had a annual service today on my boiler .Highly satisfied with the service provided . The engineer extremely helpful friendly and very professional.

We had matt from Stamford plumbing out as an emergency on Saturday. He came and diagnosed the boiler, found that a part was leaking gas so he had to turn the boiler off. Having a new born baby, we really needed the hot water so Matt went out of his way to collect the part from spalding and came back to fit it. We really can’t thank Stamford plumbing and especially Matt enough for his efforts. What a credit he is to Stamford plumbing. Would highly recommend.

We wanted a new shower, extractor, flooring and radiator in the bathroom and reuse (but move) the bath and sink. We were not in a rush as we knew Stamford Plumbing were reliable from using them in a work refurb. They helped design and plan, they use a particular supplier and when the taps were not available, we just ordered our own and they fitted. Everything was really professional from carpentry to suggesting ways to place the shower controls. They even laid the flooring. There was only one snag when the shower control only allowed cold water but as soon as they were notified they came out that afternoon and just altered the internal setting.

Many thanks to Anthony of Stamford Plumbing for coming to the rescue and dealing with a leaking and potentially dangerous stopcock this week. Also for a thorough follow up appointment where he provided a new part and new piping to make things safer. I have frequently engaged Stamford Plumbing for a variety of tasks, ranging from boiler servicing to fitting a new shower unit. I have always found their service both courteous and efficient and they are always willing to help in emergencies. Replace old back boiler central heating system with new combi boiler. Extremely professional, quick and friendly service. A big job, but the new boiler works perfectly, especially with smart controls. Highly recommended.

New boiler fitted during lockdown, and more recently helped with an emergency burst pipe in the garden when others had let us down. Recommend this company.

These guys are great. They come when they say they will and do the job they were asked to. They've done a few jobs for us now but most recently they fixed some banging pipes that no one else was able to figure out. Thanks.

We recently had a new boiler installed. This involved quite extensive work in the loft replacing the flu to match current regulations, our system drained and some minor fixes to our plumbing system. Every workman that entered our home was respectful, thorough and kept us informed on every stage of the work. (All this during the social distancing regulations) They did a wonderful job restoring reliable heat and hot water , and cleaned up as they went along. We have used this company for years, and see no reason to ever go elsewhere. Superb!!!
