Order not received
I ordered an ottoman over seven weeks ago and have tried to ring, have left two emails and have had no reply. Very disappointed. I don’t want a refund, I want my ottoman.

I can confirm that we have replied to your emails on both occasions and have sent screenshots of all previous replies to you, in a third email. If you do not receive our emails, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder as the emails may be residing their.

Never receive the paid product
Never receive the good despite already paying 6 weeks ago. There’s response about being investigated with their supplier and the payment team regarding refund . Refund never arrived for product which not delivered by them.
