Absolutely disgraceful customer service and Liars

I ordered a fragrance just before midnight on the 23rd November. A couple of hours later I sent an email (which I have sent evidence to the seller) explicitly stating to kindly cancel my order before it was shipped.

The email was ignored and order was shipped. Now the seller is refusing to correct their mistake and provide a returns label.

Just admit your mistakes and correct them. Stop wasting peoples time and money!!!!!!!!

I ordered this perfume as a gift for my friend. It was his father's favourite perfume and I wasn't sure if I can get it on time. It was delivered before the expected time which is great. He was very happy with it and I will order more

I decided to write review for this company as I was pleasantly surprised with service they provided.
Firstly, I must say I was in doubt if this company was dodgy or real and other reviews here helped a lot.
Super easy to order, very straightforward. Well packed and delivered in 2 days. Best price online (including ebay) and free delivery.
My only advice would be to promote website a bit better so people gain trust to order.

Genuinely the best customer service I think I've experienced. Originally ordered an item at the best price I could find online by far, but after a few days of order processing I was called and emailed to say the item was out of stock. They instead offered me the 100ml for no extra cost (double the 50ml I ordered). Due to the delay they also arranged next day delivery for me, and it arrived less than 24 hours later, having been posted from Romford up to me in Scotland. They even emailed me with a tracking update on the delivery day. The item is great too. Really unbeatable service and I will be back again and again I'm sure.

Ordered as advertised Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau parfum, when it arrived I opened it and tested it didn’t smell right then I checked the bottle and invoice not Parfum but Eau De Toilette, can not return as opened either mistake packing or false advertising not happy order number W19930868 .You are wrong here is the receipt/order it says parfum twice

Perfume was great, but didn’t realise you were sending it in a tester box as it was for my sons birthday present. Had to reassure him it was the real stuff and not fake. Would be helpful if you stated it was a tester bottle on your website, before people purchase it!

Was a little dubious about this site but took a chance, ordered on 15th Dec, arrived via Royal Mail on 19th Dec. Its the only site i found the item i wanted on. Will definitely order again from Planet Perfume again.
