Great from ordering to delivery!
The ordering process on the website was smooth and fast. What was also very fast was the delivery, which I was very pleased with. I'll buy from them again, as they have a wide range of organic, gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free products, including vegetarian and vegan. Thanks!

CANNOT DELIVER - NEVER ORDER ONLINE
The drivers that they use do not have mobile phones and are "not allowed" to contact customers. My order simply did not arrive. No one called. The day after I called the office, they themselves could not reach their delivery company for hours. They just reimbursed the order. NEVER AGAIN

Overpriced and unable to fulfil online deliveries
Good product range but vastly overpriced. Much better value for money at As Nature Intended. Online fulfilment sloppy - little in the way of updates concerning stock, delays in despatch, slow response to queries. They charge prices commensurate with Harrods Food Hall - yet the service is on a par with Primark. Amateur.
