Bought my first ever new ladies golf bag after using an old one I had been given by a friend years before. I am extremely delighted with the quality of the bag and the service received has been excellent.

Looked everywhere for help with getting a set of junior golf clubs for my grandson. I almost lost hope of finding something appropriate and in stock. Then I found planet golf. They had a telephone contact so I phoned. Answered first ring, I was greeted by a gentleman who, in addition to a sense of humour, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I placed an order based on his support and suggestions. 24 hours later, after talking to my son I needed to amend the order. A quick phone call and all was well with the world again. Great support, competative prices, prompt delivery, excellent product and someone to talk to who was actually interested. I will be back here before even looking anywhere else for golf products. Superb!!!

I recently ordered a small golf bag for my son we have just received the bag and its great. I was blown away with the customer service we received from John who called us at least twice to let us know how the order was going and was generally very helpful. This is one of the best customer experiences i have had in last few years. This is a genuinely nice online golf store who are really interested in helping their customers out. Very impressed and highly recommended.

If excellent customer service before, during and after sales is important to you, then planet golf is where to go. I bought a Big Max golf bag which developed significant faults just after the ‘statutory’ 12-month return period had passed. John at Planet Golf was superb in dealing with this and thanks to his efforts I received a replacement Big Max bag. Customer satisfaction is genuinely important to Planet Golf and what I really like about them, is their focus is firmly placed on what’s best for their customers. As a very happy customer I would definitely buy from Planet Golf again and I give them my highest recommendation.
