We ordered a pizza from Rangiora. Had to go through doordash to have it delivered
We were not very impressed that the delivery person did not knock or ring the door bell to let us know of the delivery. Consequently our pizza was not hot. If we didn't check at the door we would have been eating cold pizza. Surely they should have knocked on the door instead of just leaving it at the door.

Pizza was nice. Spreydon chch store had ants crawling everywhere. That shop needs a severe deep clean. Staff just don't care

love the pizzas aswell as the solo sauce on every pizza , good customer service good quality.

Really good pizzas always hot and ready fast full of taste and flavours overall experience was great

Ordered pizza tonight it never came , poor customer service , poor attitude and still hungry and taken no responsiblility for delivery being failed , disgusting ...dissapointed will avoid in future 🤬

First of all : The app reverts to old information despite account info being updated and saved. This is the beginning of and the main reason for so many problems encountered by myself and I'm sure, other customers ordering from Pizza Hutt NZ.
Second , the attitudes of the employees of Pizza Hutt NZ , local (in store) and corporate (as part of the chain)that handles complaints. I have encountered belligerence and misunderstanding, incoherence and outright hostility ~ including being hung up on when questioning the Pizza Hutt local employees.
Gathering together the number of customer service complaints , forwarding them onto the next link in the chain I then encountered a complete glossing over of the entire complaint and got shunted straight to
: "I have reviewed your request and refund is refused. "
So zero accountability for the uselessness of the app , the conduct of the Pizza Hutt local employees was never addressed, and neither was the lack of response from the Pizza Hutt NZ complaints number , which I called at least twice in the same day, and have still not received a callback from.
HOW MUCH MONEY HAS PIZZA HUTT NZ STOLEN FROM US?? THAT IS THE QUESTION. AND THEY'RE DOING IT WITH THEIR EYES WIDE OPEN.

Ordered the 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal. Next to no toppings so tasted like white bread, paid for mayo to be added on top of one pizza and didn't get that order correct. Very very disappointing from Pizza Hut Bethlehem in Tauranga

We ordered the Americano with sourdough from Greymouth. Looked great but had to use a "microscope" to find the pepperoni, mushroom and cheese. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.

We decided to have pizza for our meal last night. I had Hawaiian Pizza and husband had Meat Lovers. On getting back home with our order we were both extremely disappointed. Apart from the bases of both being overcooked and dry the topping on both were barely there. Hawaiian Pizza in fact had 6 wee pieces of pineapple....and 7 tiny pieces of supposedly ham. Certainly, different than the picture advertising Hawaiian Pizza. Husband didn't bother counting his bits of pizza topping as he was so disappointed.
We all know that things are tough out there at the present time, but this was taking things too far.
Shame on you PIZZA HUTT RICHMOND. We won't be ordering pizza from you again.
Whoever put our pizzas together shouldn't be working in a kitchen!!!!!!!!

Ordered the bacon and aioli pizza from Pizza Hut on Whatawhata Rd, Hamilton. Turned out to be a cheese pizza with bits of bacon on top and Zero! Aioli. Wish there was somewhere to post the picture I took

I have just ordered pizzas from kawerau pizza hut and had the best customer service experience i have ever had. Greeted with a smile and very pleasant manner, quick and efficient service from Ipo, the young lady has definitely made a great customer service impression for me and my family.

Kind helpful professional . Thank you for being negotiable and for caring for people who dont have much food and money. Pizza hut waiuku should be commended. We did go on a Monday when it wasn't too busy.

Pizza hutt kapiti going down the drain not only is it completly inaccurate times not great delivery service n now they without warning have removed cash services for delivery my dad dont own a visa card or a car is disabled and you have removed your services as a option to him without notice you guys were the better pizza now we will never use ur services again

last week the pizza hut owner gave me training for one week or i do one week training work in pizza hut after one week i take decision to not do more this job when i ask for my training money then he doesnt gave my salary of one week training or including one day roaster i want my money of one week but they ignored my issue pizza hut address is 199 main st palmerston north

What a rip off $67 the pizza,s are the size of a small burnt edges just complete rubbish. What a wast of money stay well away

I made an order and told it would be 10-15mins. Came in after 15mins & notice 2 Limo boxes on the bench, 1 being on the top shelf & another on the bottom shelf with garlic bread on top of it. After 20mins I ask about order only to see that 1 of those Limo boxes was mine! Unsure of how long it had been sitting there for the lady didn’t even apologise for my mishap! This was a BS night TBH !! The whole time I was waiting I didn’t even get asked if I was waiting to order or come to collect it.. Bad service

Ripped off. Really scarce toppings & flavourless. Hope the birds liked them better than we did. Will not use Greymouth Pizza Hut again & do not recommend.

The gluten free pizza is absolutely disgusting. It's like cardboard. And has a weird after taste . I nearly throw up
