Pre-Ordered a item in may and got delayed until end of July/ early August and it got the the start of August and so I decided to email them to see if I could have an update considering it's around that time and I've had no updates.

Took them a week to respond and I got told that the item was meant to come with their current shipment but didn't and they said to let them investigate what has happened.

4 days went by and they never followed up so I decided to do it myself and ask if they had an update about it and 2 days later with still no response I followed uo again saying I'm disappointed with the lack of proper communication and response. Same day I got told that "apparently" it's taking ages for them to get the information and that they can issue me a refund if I dont want to keep waiting. I responded saying that no I want to keep waiting for my item because I really want it so I wanted another whole week and asked if they heard anything but they have still not responded. (Been 8 days since I asked)

I'm really disappointed that I'm am having to deal with this and I just proper communication and the item i paid for. It's been 21 days since I sent the original email to them.

I want to speak good words about the company but as a first purchase from this store, im very disappointed

Great store with an amazing range of video game related products. They have some really beautiful and unusual stuff I just haven't seen elsewhere. Customer service is great and their packaging is some of the best I've seen outside of Japan! I highly recommend this place!

I have delt with Pixel Crib for a number of years. Glenn and the team are all professional in the way that they will go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. All products ordered are sent with extra packaging to prevent damage. Great store to secure indie gaming titles that are not available anywhere else.

I damaged my own product by opening the (very good) packaging with a knife, I let Pixel Cribs know and they sent me a replacement, at no fault of their own. Exceptional product with perfect customer service. 10/10.

I bought a vinyl that was shipped quickly and well protected. I received the item in perfect condition in France but it had a manufacturing defect. I then contacted PixelCrib who answered me very quickly and send a replacement item. It was not their fault and they knew how to treat my request quickly. I recommend PixelCrib which offered me complete satisfaction.

J'ai acheté un vinyl qui a été expédié rapidement et bien protégée. J'ai recu l'article en parfait état en France mais il comportait un défaut de fabrication. J'ai alors contacté PixelCrib qui m'a répondu très rapidement et envoyer un article de remplacement. Ce n'etait pas de leur faute et ils ont su traiter rapidement ma demande. Je recommande PixelCrib qui m'a offert une totale satisfaction.
