Super Design, hochwertige Produkte

Schnelle Lieferung mit DHL, konnte also über die DHL-App gut nachverfolgt bzw. umgeleitet werden. Die Produkte sind hochwertig und haben ein tolles Design. Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren Handtücher und Bettwäsche bestellt und die Qualität ist wirklich toll. Der nun bestellte Teppich entspricht genau den Bildern auf der Website und gefällt mir sehr gut.
Die bunten Designs verschönern den Alltag.

Kleur is veel feller dan op de foto

De service is goed en de bestelling werd ook snel en prima afgeleverd. Het terra vloerkleed dat ik bestelde was op de foto met een achtergrond die qua kleur heel mooi zacht terra gaf met een lichte zandkleur erin en maar in het echt is het oud roze. Het geeft een mierzoete sfeer in mijn huis. Even wennen want dat is eigenlijk niet zo mijn bedoeling geweest.

Wat vervelend dat je niet zo tevreden bent met de kleuren van het ontvangen vloerkleed. We doen ons best de kleuren zo goed mogelijk weer te geven in de verschillende sfeerfoto's maar ook dan heb je nog te maken met belichting en beeldscherminstellingen. We hopen dat je het vloerkleed toch een mooi plekje hebt weten te geven en dat je er nog lang plezier van zult hebben.

Heb witte bol kandelaars gekocht bij Pip en niet goedkoop maar nu word het wit geel en van de klantenservice krijg ik alleen nutteloze antwoorden als ik vraag hoe ik ze weer wit krijg...

Cost me €52 to return poor goods

The bedding that looked nice in the online photos seemed thin and garish when I received it. I then found that returning the goods - to Netherlands, not even France - was a price I had to pay. It cost me over 52 euros out of my pocket to return it! One parcel was sent back to me with no explanation, so I had to return it again.

I had bought such beautiful quality Pip bedding some years ago, and it is still beautiful and going strong.

I will never risk buying from Pip again after this experience.

What a disappointment.

Schneller Versand und hochwertige Produkte. Der bestellte Teppich ist wunderschön und kann sogar gewaschen werden. Einziges Manko, er verrutscht schnell. Die Optik macht es jedoch wett ;-)

I ordered a Pip Studio 74-piece…

I ordered a Pip Studio 74-piece dinnerware set to the UK, and the packaging was extremely poor. Even though they knew it would be shipped internationally, it was not packed securely at all, and more than half of the items arrived broken. It has now been 5 days and I still haven’t heard anything from them despite emailing. I also had to pay nearly £300 in customs fees, and now I’m left with broken products. I definitely do not recommend it — the packaging was wrong, the product quality was not what I expected at all. Anyone ordering from London or other countries should think twice.

Snelle service en levering

Snelle service en levering. Bij het open maken van het pakje merkte ik dat er een stukje van een tas af was. Heb een foto doorgestuurd naar Pip Studio en kreeg zonder meer direct een nieuwe tas toegestuurd. Als dit geen goede klantenservice is! Heel blij en tevreden!
