Fantastic, Glad all was satisfactory, and thank you for the time you took to review; it's much appreciated.
Just an office person so I cant say much
Just an office person so I can only comment on the ordering side of things, no idea of quality, if it was delivered in time, if it was even delivered etc. Placing an order is always simple with this supplier.
I keep getting daily emails saying about leaving reviews so here we go, pointless me doing it as I do not know if the products have even been received yet and cannot comment on the quality or service

Poor data protection
I called to advise someone had changed my delivery addresses. They said no it hadn't even though I sent them a screenshot. Logged on for a second time, similar issues, they advised creating an order through a pro forma invoice. The invoice they sent me was someone else's order!! I think data protection is a major issue for this company.

Thank you for bringing these critical concerns to our attention. We are deeply concerned to hear about the discrepancies regarding your delivery address
Data protection and account security are our highest priorities. We have escalated this matter to our Compliance and IT teams to investigate
Bought through Amazon Pay
Bought through Amazon Pay, little communication after purchase, does not show as an Amazon order, sadly posted out using the awful Royal Mail so took much longer than expected to arrive
The actual product is good but needed it earlier

"Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the product, though we sincerely apologize for the frustrations regarding the ordering process and delivery.
We understand that the transition between Amazon Pay and our internal system can sometimes cause confusion regarding order visibility, and we are working to improve our post-purchase communication to ensure customers feel updated at every stage. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping carrier; we are currently reviewing our delivery partnerships to ensure a more reliable and timely service for our customers. We are sorry the item did not arrive in time for your requirements, and we thank you for your patience."
