Never heard or seen of this company before so was a little sceptical but they had the product (neumann ndh 20) I wanted just a touch cheaper than any other company so decided to give them a try, ordered late Thursday night and paid for Saturday shipping and arrived safe and sound early Saturday morning. Very satisfied and will definitely be purchasing from them again

Experienced one of the fastest deliveries in my entire experiences of online shopping, even though their shop is not located near my place. And their response to my question about the item was extremely quick and was very helpful. Would buy from them again.

Used Pinknoise for the first time last week to get some Persons E5 monitors.
Really quick delivery, even during the covid issues we are having at the moment.
Forgot to use the voucher code - messaged them and asked if it could be applied retrospectively, got a swift response to say that they would apply the code and give me a refund. They did that and refund was given the following day (in my account)
All in all a very good experience and I will endeavour to use this company more in the future, I recommend this company to others.

Pinknoise is one of the best online store for sound gear! They respond fast and are super helpful. I had a number of items urgently needed for a job and with their I am managed to get all I needed on time.

Ordered a Zoom f8N recorder and case bundle because Pinknoise were offering the case at half price and with a free 16GB SIM card included on a bundle deal which was cheaper than I could find from suppliers I'm more familiar with.

Was kept informed of progress of the order and it was delivered on the Monday after the Thursday evening I ordered it and in a timed delivery slot because they use a good courier (which is not true of most of my usual suppliers) so very happy with that side of things.

The only reason the company gets four stars rather than five is the main f8N recorder had clearly been either a demo unit or returned by a previous purchaser, and this had been sold as new. The contents list was a crumpled mess with deep thumb prints etc all over it and the various leaflets were tatty. The tell-tale protective stickers, cellophane bag for manuals etc were missing. I know it's not a biggie in the scheme of things but this seems to becoming more and more the norm for online traders on the basis that mail order customers will be too lazy to want to faff around and return the goods as "not new" and I'm getting fed up of it. If you're selling an item as new it should be as new. Or knock the price down and explain why it's a bit cheaper.

Overall though I have the product I wanted on the date I wanted it and at a good price.

UPDATE: PinkNoise contacted me after seeing this review to state that they sent the item exactly as provided by the UK distributors, apologising for what has happened (seemingly beyond their control) and offering me a discount on a future purchase which seems more than fair, particularly if the fault is with the distributor rather than them as a reseller. I appreciate they took the time and trouble to contact me and, as I stated originally, I am very happy with their communication, excellent competitive prices and seemingly good customer support. I will no doubt be ordering from them again now that they are on my radar.

I fully recommend this company, even during their recent move the owner makes time to pick up the phone and delivery is very clear with clear updates with next day delivery meaning next day and given one hour slot so you are not waiting the whole day and various options for delivery provided. Also the price is competitive and advice is also second to none.

I had an issue with the wrong colour being delivered but i got such great prompt emails back and given so many different options to correct this i know i will use this company again as they as so willing to put things right when something does go wrong.
