All the food, sweet and savoury were delicious, and enough for next day too. I invited a friend to share with me and we were both delighted.

I ordered and afternoon tea to be sent to my grandson but unfortunately put the wrong postcode, although the complete address without the code was 100% correct. The parcel never arrived, my efforts to contact DHL with the correct postcode were ignored and Piglets Pantry refused to contact them or do anything else to help, saying the error was my fault and they weren't prepared to do anything to resolve the issue. Beware, they've taken my money and supplied nothing, they could do it to you too.

Was lovely to find a company that provided exactly what we wanted. The chosen "hamper" went down an absolute storm with my father in law. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Piglet's Pantry again.

The traditional afternoon tea box was a gift. It arrived on time and was well packed including ice packs. The food was really good, I particularly liked the sausage rolls, they were huge and full of meat with a hint of spice.

Great food,plenty of it,fresh,delivered into my hands,straight into the fridge ready for tea the following day. There was enough left for a good snack the next afternoon,will be ordering again.

I was a little disappointed on the size and quality of my afternoon tea box. Very edible but size of quiches and scotch eggs was disappointing. Cakes were quiet small too. Was ok flavours but nothing special for the money paid.

The savoury afternoon tea was ok. The sausage rolls were delicious but the other items were just ok nothing special in my opinion.

The food arrived at 8:30, even though we ordered the food the week before. The driver left the box on the floor outside near the mail boxes....it's a public area. I was not impressed by the food. It looked off. the cakes went in the bin. I will not use this company again.

The computer system was down, so you took my order over the phone.
You took down the wrong house number, so the order went to the wrong house and never arrived.
With your poor customer service the order was never replaced, as you blamed me for not reading the confirmation.
My Uncle and Aunt did not receive their anniversary afternoons tea, which they waited for, so all in all a very unhappy experience.

We were not sure what the quality would be but this exceeded my expectations. Packaged brilliantly and I knew exactly when it was being delivered. Everything in it is top quality, would definitely order again.

Update 17.31 3rd Nov they’ve turned up 4 days late. Despite the box saying fresh produce don’t deliver after 31st Oct. And despite the ‘fragile’ label, they’re smashed to pieces. Unrecognisable. Heartbreaking for my grandsons.

3RD FAILED DELIVERY. Others were NOT ‘received successfully’ as well you know it.

Update. 2nd Nov. Called Piglets Pantry. Totally unconcerned as most of the deliveries ARE delivered. I don’t matter as most get through. They can’t do anything about it as not prepared to deal with DHL. 3 failed deliveries out of 4 in 4 months clearly isn’t enough.

Unfortunately I’m going to have to give up using this company, certainly until they stop using DHL, and definitely not for a special day or surprise.
3rd time in 4 months they’ve failed to deliver. Yes, piglets pantry are apologetic and offer to redeliver. But I’m a disappointed Grandma who now has two disappointed grandsons who I’d hoped would love the Halloween cupcakes I’d arranged to be sent to them. Halloween is one day a year.
How do we know that DHL staff aren’t eating the goods? The box is recognisable and u was told if they don’t deliver they have to destroy the goods. How do Piglets Pantry know this has happened.

We were really very pleasantly surprised.
Our afternoon tea came, beautifully packed, complete with cool packs still icy.
And, of course, the most important thing is the food. It was excellent! I think the sausage rolls are the best ever! (Loads of sausage!). Everything was delicious and plenty of it.

We had a voucher for Piglet's Pantry and ordered the food to be delivered today. Ordering was an easy process and clear about what you can get and the prices. The afternoon tea was delivered today and everything was so well packaged and presented. The cakes were amazing and not at all dry (which i was worried about). I'd definitely use them again for myself or even as a gift for a loved one.

Received a 'Buy A Gift' voucher and found this company that offered Afternoon Teas at home. Paid a bit extra to upgrade to a larger tea. Ordered it well in advance of when I needed it as an 'arrival treat' for when we got to our UK holiday destination. Got emails the day before and on the day to say it had been prepared and was on its way. Packaging was just gorgeous (and very well thought through) everything arrived pristine, it really felt like we'd received presents! Very well designed and planned. And everything in the box was delicious and very high quality - sausage rolls, quiche, scones and cream, gingerbread shapes, 4 different loaf cakes. Will definitely order again.
Received a call the day after delivery date as there was a mix up and the Piglet's staff thought we hadn't received our order; full marks there too, as it could have been a difficult conversation if we hadn't received it and they were fully prepared to sort out any potential issues.
Who'd had thought an afternoon tea could bring so much joy and satisfaction!

We had our first vegetarian savory afternoon tea and I can honestly say it was DIVINE, so so fresh and the flavours were sublime, we really did not want it to end. When I called and spoke to Laura she was so so helpful and explained it all to me, so thank you Laura and all the bakers who make the tea up. I would 100% recommend Piglets Pantry and cannot wait to get another one.

I used Piglets Pantry as it was a Groupon deal and always wondered what they were like.
I tried to order online, but the web site was not working properly, so I went old style and did the order by phone, which was so easy, and arranged a delivery date.
The parcel came on the day as arranged and wow, what a feast.
All looks delicious, perfectly packed and with storage and reheating instructions.
Thank you Piglets Pantry, I will certainly be using you again.
