Usually delivers when they say they will.

The lady who took my order was friendly and chatty, asked if she could substitute a couple of my bottles of wine for others she thought I would enjoy. I have been sick but I had a good conversation with her, bubbly just like my wine, it was all delicious.

Nick our wine adviser is very helpful, he does not keep bothering us all the time, but contacts me when he has special offers that from his experience know that we would like.
He has done great offers on our favourite wines.
We trust him & Pieroth wines for quality & service & would recommend to anyone who likes fine wines.
We miss the old face to face wine tasting but realise this reflects on the price.
Long May you continue to provide good wines at a fair price

My Pieroth advisor is like a friend. He updates me on offers for the wines that I like and always ensures when I'm ready to order that my wine is despatched for the date that I request. There is never any pressure to purchase if I am not ready

The representative lets me know when the wines we like he lets me know. He is very knowledgeable. He is very pleasant and you can have a laugh with him witch my wife and myself like.

Offer a extensive selection of wine. They can cater to all tastes and pockets in my experience.

We’ve been buying wine from Pieroth for about 20years . In all that time we have never had real cause for complaint, ( only thing I can remember was one case had a couple of bottles that were a bit below par but they were speedily and willingly replaced). I really appreciate the consistently good quality and wide choice offered. Our advisor is approachable, friendly and above all, their product knowledge is extensive and honest. Takes all the risk out of buying on line and adds to our confidence in trying new wines- it’s a bit like having our own sommelier!😄

I have been a customer of Pieroth for over 12 years.
During this time they have never tried to ‘hard sell’ me and have always provided great quality wine at fair prices.
My wine advisor Giles is great and rings me when my wife’s favourite wine is on special offer . He is always friendly, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable and remains so whether I place an order or not.
And their products are fabulous and varied and they frequently introduce new wines that they think we’d find useful.

He knows the Pieroth stock thoroughly and knows our taste in wine so well he comes up with superb recommendations which never fail to hit the mark in terms of taste, quality and value for money. Great service with quick delivery and most important great wines.

Nick our wine merchant knows the wines we like and if they come on special he lets us know. Also if new ones come in and he thinks its one we would like to try we will try on the understanding we can return them if we do not like them, not had to do that so far.

Jackie Dove is absolutely brilliant. Always cheerful on the 'phone, always knows what we like and able to recommend new wines that may suit us. Could not be happier! Thank you.

The wine that pieroth promotes are of exceptional quality the depth of flavour and aromas with a certain type of smoothness you can only find from high quality wines , pieroth wines are the first press of the grapes with only organic mixtures with no added chemicals or preservatives which leaves the taste fresh with no lasting tang in the back of your throat and NO hang over, and to finish, pieroth will send you promotions and deals that are very reasonable for this first class wine and when you place an order you will be counting the days down for your delivery and believe me it doesn't take long and always delivered in perfect condition

Bit difficult to answer as £ has been short. Particularly since the election and the nicking of the heating allowance which helped with liquid Xmas presents. Managed to afford a few bottles at a reasonable price and sampled these this Sunday to my great satisfaction.
