So I did not receive what I ordered. Then I am told I have to return it to an address in the Netherlands at my own expense. And no apology or explanation as to why I was not sent the correct product.

I recently ordered a Donjoy Playmaker II Wrap Around knee brace, costing €160 plus delivery, totaling around €180. Instead of the brace, I was sent an under-sleeve worth about €25.
When I called to report the error, I was told I must return the incorrect item at my own expense (almost €20) before they will send the correct knee brace. I was also informed that this delivery cost would not be reimbursed, despite the mistake being entirely on their part.
This means I not only lose time having to package and send back an item I never ordered, but I’m also expected to pay extra for their error. A reasonable approach would be to arrange a DPD collection for the incorrect item while dispatching the correct order immediately — yet they refuse to do so.
This is unacceptable, and I will not order from this company again.
Delayed, no response from customer service
Ordered an item and paid a premium for same-day dispatch, then received an email saying it wouldn't be sent for two weeks. When I emailed to cancel the order I received no response. Terrible, terrible service, Do not use.
Awful
As per others here didn't read the reviews until it was too late.
Goods took months to deliver at which point I wanted a refund instead. They have now sent the goods to me three times, requesting I refuse delivery each time and not giving me a refund when it's been over 2months.
I can't work out if it's just shockingly bad or if this company is a genuine scam. Either way avoid.

Don't even deserve one star!! Terrible avoid at all costs. Been waiting 2 weeks for my order, no communication. I have had to chase and now told they MAY be able to send within 2-3 weeks - disgusting! Logged a paypal dispute, thank god you are covered with paypal.

Having read the reviews was a little concerned, but the only place to buy/ship what I wanted to the UK.
I did buy on paypal, plus their sales come with trustedshops.com purchase insurance.

Very disappointing service. I ordered an item at Christmas as a gift. Received the order confirmation and the autofill had edited the address to completely the wrong address. Emailed, called, contacted through socials - no response to change it. The evri driver called and kindly didn't deliver and changed shipping address - item arrived after 2 months and it was poor quality. No way to reach the company to return - i wish id seen these reviews before ordering!
Fine except for slow delivery
My order took a long time to arrive - just over a month - but it was fine when it got here. I didn’t need it urgently, so not a problem.

Please, you have been warned. Took money for items, only delivered part of the order. Won’t respond to emails. No refunds. Not a UK company. Dispute with PayPal.

I placed an order from them (actually it arrives from Holland, not the UK - very deceiving) on the 17 January 2024. I received an email from them telling there were despatch delays of between 5-10 days. As I need the item urgently, I emailed them to cancel the order and have ordered the item from elsewhere.
I have received no reply from them, I tried to call them but was kept waiting for 15 minutes and then the call was cut off. Avoid this company at all costs.
Gave up on my order after a month!
