I like the product and it fits my big box filter great but my biggest issue is it stops filtering and I have to remove it and give it a gentle shake every day which is irritating which I rarely had to do with the other brands . If you have any thoughts on how to help this issue I would be grateful.

A good product that removes limescale from my drinking water, because of the minimal packaging and that it's recyclable there is very little waste.

I think its good the only thing is I can’t last the 3 months that the only thing I fine but part from that it all ok

The main reason I started using Phox is because there's no plastic waste with each refill, I'm very pleasantly surprised to find the water quality is great too.
