Really loved the quality of the wallpaper! The paper feels great, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, a great experience!

The posters we received do not look anywhere as vibrant as in the pictures on the website. It looks like something printed off a home printer. We haven't bothered hanging them up due to the poor quality and probably never will. Quite disappointed and will not purchase posters from this website again.

Photowall offers a reasonably priced canvas-production of your own images. Depending on quality of the image it can be quite ok for the price. But best is the 30-day return and excellent customer service, which makes it easy /safe to try making your own images into canvas- or framed images.

I ordered a peony-colored wallpaper, but received one that is clearly pink. I was away when it was delivered, and my professional installer installed it before I returned home. As soon as I saw it, the color discrepancy was obvious.

I contacted Photowall immediately and provided photos. After 7–8 emails, they still refuse to properly resolve the issue. I now have to pay again to install new wallpaper, they refuse to reimburse the original installation cost caused by their mistake, and they are even putting conditions on refunding the wallpaper itself.

Their latest demand is that I remove and destroy the wallpaper from my wall before they issue a refund. This makes absolutely no sense. The wallpaper has been professionally glued to the wall, and removing it could damage the wall and create additional preparation and repair costs before new wallpaper can be installed. Who is supposed to pay for that additional damage and expense?

Instead of taking responsibility for sending the wrong color, Photowall seems more focused on finding reasons to avoid proper compensation. Extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

Overall, I’m very happy with the finished result. The print quality is excellent, the colours are true to the website, and the wallpaper has transformed my daughter’s bedroom.

However, I do feel the product is overpriced for what you receive. At this price point, I expected a more straightforward installation experience.

Instead of traditional full-length drops, the mural arrived as several numbered sections on a single roll, including split-width panels. This created more joins, required very careful alignment, and left virtually no room for error. The paper also stretched slightly when wet, making perfect alignment difficult.

I would also suggest improving the guidance on removing excess paste. Despite carefully cleaning the wallpaper with fresh water after installation, some paste residue remained visible once dry.

The finished result looks beautiful, but I don’t feel the installation experience reflects the premium price charged. If the format and instructions were improved, I would have no hesitation recommending the product.
