I had an error in my order. I got charged for double what I wanted to order. I attempted to contact their support to reduce the order but it was shipped anyway.

Worst customer service
The order was altered without my consent, I tried to reach out via every possible channel- the team isn’t responsive in any way. I cancelled the order minutes after receiving the email about them changing it, I was still charged and on top of that - haven’t received anything

Delayed delivery, but great support
My order took a bit longer to arrive. What I appreciated was the solid packaging and how well everything was protected. The support team stayed in touch and guided me throughout, which made the delay much easier to deal with. Overall, still a good experience with pharmacy24.
