Face coverings smaller than advertised
Generally good customer service, but we were disappointed with end product (fabric face coverings) as they were smaller than advertised/invoiced. One cm on a face covering makes a significant difference and some of our employees are unable to wear them due to mouth and nose not being fully covered. The masks themselves are of reasonable quality and wash well.

There are always slight variations in the sizes of masks, and we would never knowingly send out any which failed to cover an adults mouth and nose. If you reply to our salesperson's enquiry as to how many within the order fail to do this then we can discuss this further with you. We agree, these masks are of good quality and launder well, and represent good value. Thank you again for taking the time to review
