We’ve used Petras Property for many years, both for finding tenants when we let our home and ultimately for selling our house in Earlsfield. Georgie and her team are consistently professional, detail-focused, and offer a truly personal service. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A Great Service
Our experience with Petras was positive. Every staff member we came into contact with, whether Susie, Georgie, Bridget or Michelle, was highly professional, approachable, helpful and proactive. We would definitely recommend Petras Property. Really great service!

Petra's Properties Are Amazing!
From start to finish, we were in excellent hands with Petra's Properties. Susie has exceptional local market knowledge and outstanding communication skills. She negotiated strongly for us and showed genuine care and support. Georgie and Bridget were also extremely helpful, reliable and efficient when I dealt with them in Susie's absence. I cannot thank all three of them enough for closing the deal on the sale of my mother's house and I will be recommending Petra's Properties to everyone I know!

Georgie and Susie were brilliant
Georgie and Susie were brilliant. Very responsive and quick to deal with queries, realistic and helpful throughout the process of selling our house. We felt that they gave us thoughtful advice rather than just pushing through a process, and they did it all with a dose of humour. Would very highly recommend Petras.

Petras Property have been excellent…
Petras Property have been excellent agents throughout the sale of our house. Professional, communicative and helpful at all times. They liaised effectively with the agent of the property we are are buying, which has made the process as smooth as possible. I cannot commend Suzie and Georgie higher. Our house sold within a week!

Agent to agent, Susie Kendall of Petras Property is amazing to work with! Susie's experience, expertise and professionalism shone through from the first minute of meeting. We had a short but, at times, tricky chain on which we collaborated closely, both determined to get contracts exchanged without delay in order that our clients could literally move on.
