Ordered harness on the 27th July still nothing by the 20th August kept emailing and they stopped responding lodged paypal claim was refunded in full will never try to buy off them again

I will never order from this company again! The WORST service I have ever received in my life. I have just been reading other reviews and they are saying EXACTLY what I am going through atm! You cannot contact anyone on the phone even though they are supposedly in Melbourne. They blame Australia post when Australia post have not even received the parcel. Olivia is a liar saying she is personally looking into the delay but by the third email I sent she stopped replying. I will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs as well! I ordered a doggie backpack 5 weeks ago and it still has not arrived! Very very frustrating. I seriously don’t know how they are still in business. Let’s see what the product is like when it arrives! I’m worried now after reading the reviews.

Waiting 3 weeks for my order and not getting any response from the company. Checked registration and they don’t exist.

Absolutely disgraceful company, bought some items, took a month to come, they say they are located in melbourne but they are not, they are sending from China. I emailed them four times with no response from them.
Also my dog destroyed one of the toys in 3 minutes. Wish I had of read the reviews before I bought from them

Do not order from this company. While I am satisfied with my pet bed, shipping from Melbourne to Adelaide took 39 days and only happened then because I lodged a complaint via PayPal. I sent numerous emails direct to them prior to that to enquire about the delay, all with no response. Very poor customer service 👎

Don't waste your money. These guys are a front for a Chinese company. They say item has shipped from Melbourne and give you the run around trying to locate it. They blamed Aus Post for the delay. 45 minutes on the phone waiting for Aus Post who advised it is shipping from China. Harness for $10 from the dollar shop is equivalent quality.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! TOTAL SCAM! THEY ARE NOT AUSTRALIAN! item received did not correspond to the size as shown in their specs/sizing. They denied my request for an exchange! The item arrived directly from CHINA. I thought I was supporting an Aussie business. This is a CHINESE SCAM, one of many out there.

This is a dodgy Chinese company posing as an Australian company. Items eventually arrived, were of very poor quality and smaller than specified. It cost a small fortune to return them as they needed to be posted to China. I emailed daily for one month after the items were delivered to petpend before they agreed to refund me minus $5.

SCAM ALERT - NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY - CHINESE IMPORT! Just like the majority of reviews here, I wish I had seen this before I ordered my dog harness. I placed my order in July 22nd and I'm still waiting for it and have JUST received an ETA of next Tue 17th to Thur 19th!! I chose this company as they say on their site, they're Melbourne based and thought I would get it faster than similar products from interstate or overseas. Turns out the product is from Cu Jia Trade (Chinese) after seeing for tracking details from Aus Post. FALSE ADVERTISING! When I lodged a customer service enquiry with Petpend, the agent Olivia, blamed the delay on Covid and Australia post. After following up several times after a week of no tracking updates, the ticket was picked up by another agent, Michelle, whose email signature showed a completely different website address. She then explained that my "order has not been scanned during the transfer from our warehouse to transhipment hubs due to the big volume of orders processed that day". Coincidentally, I suddenly start seeing movement from Petpend and Aus Post tracking - meaning my parcel actually WASN'T picked up 2 weeks earlier and just not scanned, it was picked up just that night! When I confronted them about the BS run-around, I heard nothing back. It's a Chinese company with a Melbourne front! "We're based in Melbourne, Australia and we ship worldwide!" For a product I'll be waiting a month for, I fkn hope it's in good condition and what I ordered because if I have to deal with a refund/return situation, I'll lose my fkn mind with these people, AND I'll never see my money again. I've already wasted so much time! Should be a 0 rating option. Hope this company shuts down!

Damn! I wish I had got onto trust pilot before I ordered from this dodgy Chinese website. So typical of the Chinese! Not to be trusted.
I ordered a dog coat using their size specs and it’s way too big.
I’m surprised a product actually arrived, but in trying to get an answer in relation to exchange is met with radio silence.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE WEBSITE. AVOID.

Order never received after several weeks, when I emailed about it they said that I should have received a tracking number which they then provided and when I looked that up it stated that my order was "not found". I then emailed again and asked what was going on, to which I was informed they would "look into" for me - after a few days and no further communication I requested a refund. No response. Have emailed again and still no response.

DODGY WISH I READ THE REVIEWS, I BOUGHT 2 HARNESSES FOR MY GREYHOUND AND SHITZU AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS 3 WEEKS LATER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY NEVER REPLY TO MY EMAILS. I AM IN THE PROCESS IN GETTING MY BACK FROM ZIP PAY NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I measured my dog just as the explanation said to, ordered the size suggested on Petpend size chart. I did receive the product which is by the looks of it a miracle. The product is way smaller than the advertised size chart. After me emailing they returned a reply of basically too bad, I ordered the wrong size. No I didn't I actually measured my dog and the product is the wrong size. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. So now I will stalk the insta account and kindly let prospective customers know not order from the company. Maybe Petpend will then get the message and look after the customers that have tried to support an Australian company, if they really are. At the moment when everyone is out of work and we are trying to support local, it seems it just dosn't pay to. So very disappointing. I guess they have our money and that's all they care about!

Perpendicular sizing for harnesses are incorrect and a lot smaller than what weight the advertise for. Then their return/exchange policy is that you can’t exchange fir the wrong size….be warned!! Then emailing them to discus this they don’t respond at all. Sad as I wanted to support an Australian business but will now buy from eBay China amd will check the return/exchange policy.

Unable to contact this company . Paid with afterpay, I thought afterpay would be better than this. This company is no good. Advertised on facebook

Ordered on the 15th, shipped on the 28th from another country and still waiting!

They sell under the guise of being in Australia - it’s drop shipping which should be made clear on their website. It’s now sitting somewhere in transit from presumably some warehouse in China and here. Will never buy from again

I had a bad experience with this company too. Ordered a donut collar for my dog to use it after his surgery. I ordered it 7 days before the surgery expecting a timely delivery as they are "local"...
I reached out 2 days after the surgery(9 days since the order date) to cancel if possible.
The answer is they don't even know if the order is shipped or not(to this day). Now it's been around 20 days and they are still "checking it for me"

I don't believe thay are local based, nothing they do seems local, reviews support that too, though I don't have an evidence.

Anyway, don't use Petpend, just go to nearest Petbarn at least they employ locals.

DODGY DODGY DODGY - avoid this company at all costs. I should have read the reviews before making a purchase with these guys. They say the order is dispatched but Austrlaia Post have no record of it. Numerous emails with generic responses back saying to check again later. Asked for refund and same bull#### repsonse back from them. Bull#### company with Bull#### service.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered items 21 days ago, i got a tracking number 14 days ago and they are telling me it’s with AusPost but Australia post have no trace of it in their system. Petpend just keep saying wait another 72 hours they will look into it but never do. Am now being blocked on social media channels for calling them out on their terrible selling practices. Have lodged a dispute through PayPal for my $ back.

As one of the other reviews said, if I could go negative I would. 5 emails and they still can't tell me where my order is from July 12th. They sent me the same reply a week apart that the order was on it's way. Do they make to order???? Absolute joke. goodbye Petpend
