I recently had to return a projector and switch to a BenQ GP520. Michael from the Customer Service Department went completely above and beyond throughout the entire process! He was incredibly helpful, honest about stock and accessories, and even managed to arrange a generous goodwill gesture for me to ensure my new setup is ready in time for the big match next week. Peter Tyson's customer care is absolutely legendary, and dealing with Michael was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant experience from start to finish!

I bought a Much Loved av receiver from Peter Tyson and it was delivered next day. It had a small problem and Michael in customer care took the reigns to sort it out for me. It was returned and moneys were put back to my card straight away. Because of the attention given I have just bought a brand new Denon av receiver from them as they totally care for their customers. Its rare now to find a company that has this ethos. Peter Tyson staff in my mind is well worth the 5 stars i have easily given . So thank you again Michael and the team at Peter Tyson.

I bought a £1000 Bang and Olufsen Bluetooth speaker, which didn’t work. I contacted Peter Tyson and they immediately arranged a replacement, which would be exchanged on their next DPD driver’s visit. This happened the next day, and I received the new speaker, which worked perfectly.
This was an exceptionally expedient and satisfactory outcome, which few other companies would match.

I originally had a really poor experience with Peter Tyson, regarding a price match. My review was not great and I think, at the time it was a fair reflection of my experience.
However, Josh took the time to contact me and offer a full and apologetic explanation with regards to the circumstances. At the same time I was also offered a goodwill gesture, which I will not be publicising as that remains between Josh and I.
As a result of the intervention of Josh, I placed my order, which was destined for another retailer and am looking forward to our delivery. Thank you Josh.

A more professional installation i have yet to come across. Pure perfection in every way, nothing was to much trouble for Luke and Roger. Peter Tyson not only provides excellent quality products but the after sales is also exceptional. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a cooker hood from Peter Tyson Electrical and the service was excellent from start to finish. The first unit arrived the very next day, which was already impressive, considering I’m located on the Isle of Wight but unfortunately it had a factory defect.

I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately, sending out a replacement straight away with no hassle at all. Considering they’re a smaller business, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything.

After only a few uses, my Kenwood KMix developed a fault where the bowl became completely jammed onto the machine. I contacted customer services expecting a stressful process, but Michael and the team handled everything quickly, professionally and with genuine care.

A replacement was arranged straight away and the exchange process was made really easy and stress-free.

As a childminder, my mixer gets lots of use for baking with the children, so I really appreciated how efficiently everything was sorted.

Great service, very helpful when I enquired about product

1st bought from Peter Tyson back in 2021 and since then they have been my go to choice for HI-FI all be it budget audio due to having hi end taste but not the money to match lol. The reasons i go back to Peter Tyson are the stock/choice combined with good prices and then there is the customer service which is beyond brilliant including my most recent purchases which has some issues but a phone call and some explaining and it's all made right and so now have my new amplifier and speakers. I cannot emphasise enough just how helpful Steve Hope has been so i'd like to say a huge thank you to him and the company.
