PestPro, I feel, is a scam. I had to contact my credit card company for assistance. When I tried to contact PestPro Support by email, they took their time. I never received an order from 09/08/2026. I had a series of mishaps and my credit card company was able to resolve the issues. PestPro does not have a customer service number. Thank you BOA. I will never order from them again.
Ordered September 27, it is now Oct 20, I have written several messages, can't get a response, as of now I assume it's a scam. Do not buy from this company. They take your money and you never receive anything. It's getting harder to buy on line.
Items never received. Refund never received. They "updated your order (according to their email)", with an additional order for a different product, right after I placed my order, and charged my card. Only contact has been through their website. I think it was a robot or something. Answers to each of my questions was the same. "I'm really sorry for your trouble. I will refer this to (higher level)...". Said I would be contacted by them shortly. No further contact from them. No response to a request for a refund on their site, which is the only option available.
Order was never delivered and refund requests were ignored.
There is nothing to like about this site. First, I'm out $85. Second, the customer support is awful. When I wrote them to find out where my package was, they offered me a 30% off coupon on a future purchase. Why would I buy from a company that hasn't given me my first order? This site is a complete scam. I'll be reporting them to the FTC to get them shut down permanently. They also don't give refunds even when you haven't received your order. I ordered my package on August 19, and I'm still waiting even though I contacted them multiple times.
I am out $135.00. I ordered over one month ago and I have not received the order yet. At first PestPro communicated with me and now they are ghosting me. I believe this was all a scam because a reputable company would be transparent about why I have not received my order.
RIP OFF!! my order is currently over a month over delivery- anytime you contact them it's all bots responding with same reply. guess i'm out $100 bucks
I found the product to be interesting so I ordered one unit. It was shipped to me on August 18th, 2026. After several days, my order had not moved. For 3 weeks I asked for updates and received the same lame excuse. Must be the carrier's fault. I finally asked for a refund and their emails stopped. I would not recommend them at all. Further research revealed that those units are highly ineffective.
They don't work even on knats. I have been trying to return 3 that were ordered in error since the day I got them and after they didn't work.I tried to return all 6. I have sent many emails. They will not respond I am getting a reply back that the email is no longer valid. They say you'll get a response within 24 hours and it's been seceral weeks. This is a scam company.. I would not order from them.
Pestpro is working so well i plugged it in and in less than 5 days my infestation has disapeared it's crazy!!
Fast delivery and good customer service what can i say more
Pest pro plugins are straight garbage and I total waste of money. And good thing I paid with PayPal because I tried myself to contact pest pro multiple times to get a refund after some time and got no response.
They ghost you when you go to return the item!! WASTED A TON OF MY TIME!! HEADQUARTERS IN HIALEAH...BUYERS BEWARE!!!
