Outstanding Service - Highly Recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of using Pest2Kill Ltd, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the job done.

Gavin (the owner) had helped us out before many months ago, and once again his top professionalism, banter and kindness makes him stand out against the rest. In what was a very stressful situation for me and my wife, he was incredibly reassuring and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable compared to the local competition, especially considering the high quality of service we received and at the speed of completion too.

What really stood out to us was his availability. We had initially contacted a few 'more local' companies as it was an urgent matter (one of whom was pretty much on our doorstep), but Gavin was the only one who was able to see us the very next day (by midday!) and did so, exactly as promised. His prompt response and dedication to his word made all the difference.

We’re incredibly grateful for Gavin’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pest2Kill Ltd to anyone in need of pest control services.

In fact, if you're lucky enough to live in London or the Essex areas, I genuinely wouldn't bother with anyone else because you're in good hands with Gavin.

After finding an army of ants entering my kitchen, streaming over the back doorstep and climbing up the side of the kitchen unit onto the worktop. After using ant powder and other treatments but these had no effect. I had no choice but to call in Pest Control and called Pest2kill who arrived the same day. The spray that Gavin used worked quickly and by the next morning the ants had completely gone. Gavin was polite, efficient and friendly and I have already recommended him to a friend who has a mice problem.

Gavin the engineer has been to me several times. On each occasion he showed empathy and understanding about my concerns regarding rodents in my kitchen area. I like to know the details of what to expect etc. Gavin did that with compassion and professionalism. He explained where it looked like they may be coming in from. I have now put metal mesh around the outside perimeter of my property. Also, Gavin helped me eradicate the problem in the guttering and facia boards.

Paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive then requested a refund and only got part refund and I have now also sourced the mats much cheaper elsewhere exact same quality won’t be ordering again

Best pest control experience ever!
Gavin came the same day we contacted him, spotted mice remains in our kitchen and set up traps and then 6 days later all his magic worked! He came for the follow-up/second visit and we can say the mice situation we had at home has been fully taken under control! Very professional and nice person to treat with. Absolutely recommend him

Excellent service and same day response from Gavin who was very knowledgeable, prompt and polite. He thoroughly surveyed the house and garden, dispensing solid advice and swiftly dealt with a small mouse invasion in the home. At my request he also expertly fitted mouse guards to air bricks in the most awkward places and did an exceptional job, leaving the areas he had worked in spotless. Would highly recommend this Company.

Excellent service, Gavin explained the process required to rid us of mice, he was extremely thorough! He had to lift floorboards to carry out the treatment, but was so careful and tidy, replacing them exactly how they were. Extremely helpful and friendly, I will be keeping his details in case I need him again!

I had a horrible issue with rats under the floorboards. Gavin was so helpful and super efficient in solving my problem. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Pest2kill. My husband called them late one evening when we heard scratching in our loft. Gavin came out first thing the next morning to sort our issue. In addition to setting traps and coming back a week later to check, he also took a look to see how they were getting in and patched up a hole in our kitchen.
