Excellent experience . Was given a very detailed tasting experience and plenty of information to appreciate the various flavours .

Was made to feel very welcome and there was no pressure to buy at the end .

Totally worth the journey .

Lovely afternoon spent sampling the range of Persie gins. Chrissie and Simon are very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were staying close by and took advantage of the pick up/drop off service they offer. We had the pleasure of being picked up and dropped off by Lilias (a lovely lady). Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area

Quick delivery, well packaged and lovely matching gift bag. It’s a present for our puppy’s breeder so I can’t comment on taste but it looks good.

What a great afternoon our party had at Persie Distillery. Chrissie couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only did she rearrange our visit after we had misjudged the availability of taxis in Blairgowrie! She also managed to fit in 4 of us when she was expecting 2! She really went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss out on any of the experience given that we couldn't sit with the rest of the party due to covid restrictions. The gin was lovely too and we went home happy with our purchases!

My wife and I had a great gin tasting with Chrissie( and the other guests) we were treated to a master class journey through the Gin wheel - we both now have a clearer perspective on new gin products & production - we will spread our experience with friends and return soon - looking forward to the ‘Glenshee’ single malt release soon - thanks again !

Chrissie was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and informative. We had a very enjoyable 2 hours sampling a variety of gins, and learning how the different types of gins are made.
We enjoyed meeting the 6 other guest samplers as well.
Really like the fact that a donation is given to a local Animal Charity in Perthshire for every bottle sold. A great incentive to buy a couple of bottles! Highly recommend the Spaniel Gin mixed with tomato juice to make a Red Snapper......Delicious! Will definitely be back!

Visited Persie a few times now and it’s our must do thing when we are in the area. They are dog friendly and very welcoming. The gin is fantastic and is an amazing family run business. They really do know their gin!

I would recommend booking the gin tasting and tour. You can even sit outside and have a few gins in the sun.

Couldn’t recommend Persie enough and we will be back soon!

We had a wonderful afternoon on the Persie Gin tour, Chrissie was so friendly and knowledgeable and it was good to have someone explain the different gins and mixers etc. Needless to say we came home with a little supply and will definitely be back.

Fantastic Gin Tour experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Only issue is that it is remote so one of us had to be the designated driver (gin samples were given in little cups that could be taken away to be savoured by the driver at another time but the curtesy taxi service that is normally available would have been good). However this was the only downside to what was a fantastic Tour - Chrissie is warm, welcoming , knowledgable and enthusiastic. Loved every minute and departed with a groaning bag full of gin and tonic bottles that were purchased in their gorgeous wee shop.

I have been on a few distillery tours…..but this one was different…..and I think better. Much greater focus on sampling the different gins and very interesting to hear about the company’s plans for the future. Distillery was situated in a lovely setting and we were lucky the weather was warm and sunny, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings as well as the gin. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and personable and took a lot of time to learn about our likes and dislikes. Gin tasters were provided with a range of mixers and garnishes which enhanced the experience. All in all a great afternoon and I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone.

Arrived for our liquid tour to a very busy distillery with limited staff. Despite the challenges of social distancing and lots of customers, we were made to feel welcome and watched the staff handle the situation with ease.
The staff are very knowledgeable and take the opinions of their customers to hand. Never too busy to help or answer any questions.

Bought the liquid tour as a gift - and the recipient tells me they had an amazing time, great hosts who really engaged with them and great gin. Totally recommend.

Great afternoon with a small group of friends, Chrissie was very knowledgeable about their gins and advised us what different mixers we could use with each and the different aromatics but the best part was our chauffeur, she's an absolute diamond.

Found the distillery tour on line looking for things to do on our break in Blairgowrie. I’m so glad I booked. Chrissy was a great host, her mother-in-law is a legend and as a gin drinker, discovering why I liked certain flavours was very enlightening. I’m also going to be more experimental with mixers. I’d highly recommend this experience.

A wonderful gin tasting experience for gin lovers, Chrissie is so knowledgeable and a lovely hostess.
You are given ample time to appreciate the Persie gins and different mixers, if you don’t like one with tonic etc you can ask for another sample to try with a different mixer. They also produce vodka now so there was a tot of that too. Simon the Distiller is on hand to answer questions on the distilling process and again is extremely knowledgable.
To appreciate this experience someone would need to drive you or organise a taxi.
Re Covid, we all felt very safe in the environment.
I have done this tour now twice and likely to do it again.

At our arrival to our gin tasting we were brightly welcome from a very smiley Chrissie. Very warm and friendly welcome. We were introduced to the other members of the tasting session. Chrissie explained the history of Persie Gin and their plans for the future and then went on to explain how gin works, taste and flavours. I have learned a lot during that visit. Amazing tasting, flavours. Lovely bunch. I would totally recommend the visit and the tasting. Thanks for such an amazing time. Also for those who might be worried with Covid, everything was done in full respect of the regulations and distancing. each group of taster was separate by households. Very impressive. thank you
