Outlet Selection

I've placed half a dozen orders from the Perry Ellis site and have always had a great experience. Ordering is easy, shipping is fast, and customer service is good. I've found the information on the site always reflects the quality of the items I've ordered.

Easy Purchase from my Phone

I enjoy how easy it is to view items and purchase them through my phone or desktop computer for Perry Ellis items. They clothing fits great and I enjoy their products.

The exchange was a little confusing

The exchange was a little confusing. I gave it 4 because the actual website process is a little confusing, but once i interacted with the customer service rep they took care of it 100% to my satisfaction. I would have given it 5 star based on their actual customer service.

Ordered a charcoal overcoat 3xs

Ordered a charcoal overcoat 3xs. 1st order said in stock. Only to inquire after 2wks that is was out of stock. 2nd order, after 3 inquiries and 20 days found out the shipment was lost in transit by the carrier. 3rd order, …. I hope this time it arrived.
Perry Ellis should bring back their 800 customer service line. Online chat is a waste of time and inefficient.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, processed two orders over a period of 2-3 weeks and both were cancelled within 24 hours as you had stock issues.
