People for Research Recensioni 

I applied to People for Research and was contacted quickly to join a Pension Credit research one to one. It was excellent. I really enjoyed the experience and felt my views were taken seriously and explored fully. I would do another research like this again. I was sent a £50 gift card that I was able to apply to an online account that I use frequently and all was good there too. The whole experience was interesting and glad I did it.

People For Research sessions are always a challenge but a good challenge. The latest I did recently was about my views on access to Government departments dealing with Pensions and Benefits. In my case, the focus was on pensions and the session allowed me to vent my experience in this connection, which on the whole was good. If my contribution on the day leads to better communication by pensioners with the Pensions Service/DWP then it was a worthwhile exercise. The initial feedback I got from the research panel seems to indicate this was so.

Great experience with People for Research every time I do a piece of research for them. Brilliant communication, interesting studies, fast payments. Highly trustworthy organisation. Appreciate the opportunity to have my voice heard on important topics, particularly on accessibility issues.

Excellent company. Their staff are very professional and helpful. They guide you through how to be a successful participant and are always available to help with any technical issues. The research studies are very interesting and involve a variety of subjects.

Registering for the research is a bit more annoying since the latest website update, as you cannot open a research page in a new window and have to open one study, apply, go back to the main page, scroll again through the opportunities you're not interested in... just a bit too time consuming now.

Studies themselves are usually pretty good, like with most similar sites, the chances you'll be picked are quite small, but once you do, USUALLY things go well. The payout is always fast and I haven't had any issues with redeeming vouchers or getting bank payments.

One time, I had an experience of being chosen for a study, but when the day of my meeting came, I stil hadn't received any details of how to join, had to call People for Research only to find out even though I was originally chosen for the study, they decided not to interview me, and didn't let me know, despite the meeting already being scheduled. Hence the "usually" part in the previous paragraph, as that was clearly a communication issue from People for Research and not the actual researchers.

There are also studies where the companies who are behind the actual research aren't so good with communication and/or customer service but that's not PFR's fault so yeah

I have had involvement with People for Research for a number of years. The team is very friendly, professional and their research opportunities are always well organised. Communication is excellent by phone and email with all relevant information needed for taking part, and for receiving the incentive. If you are considering being part of some research, then I highly recommend this company.

Hi participated in a reasearch study and had a very informative experince. The organisation carrying out the activity were very pleasent. They feed and watered me as i was with them a few hours. They were professional and engaging. PFR kept me informed on when i needed to attend research and sent information needed in a timely manner. Overal a fantastic experience. I will surely sign up for more opportunties. Last of all i was offered a very good incentive. Dont put of applying for tasks you honestly have nothing to lose.

loving taking part in the research projects, team are friendly and available and it's easy to apply. wish i was selected more often, but other than that it has been a good experience overall.

Claire from PFR was cheerful and efficient. Merissa who conducted the research for the DWP was lovely.
The only slight technical issue was cleared quickly. The research was not arduous. A very pleasant task.

Very professional people and enjoyed the research

My son really enjoyed taking part in the research last night. He is 12 and was nervous at first but the moderator made him feel at ease and he confidently answered all questions asked of him. He is looking forward to receiving his voucher to buy his first fishing rod!

The communication is amazing and you not passed around to different teams of staff which is nice. Peta was who I was communicating with and she was brilliant. Updates and honesty nice to talk to just all round great service.
I had no issue from beginning to end in taking part the project.

Completed a 75 minute online interview. Amazed at how relaxed and informal it was. Marissa who conducted the interview was friendly and made the whole experience worthwhile.

I love having the opportunity occasionally to take part in these questionnaires that help to improve services for everyone. The initial communication and confirmation was prompt and clear and except that I made an error in incorrectly reading an instruction It went well and I look forward to having another opportunity in the near future. The payment is very welcome and arrives promptly with a choice of how it is received.
