Online shipment orders fail with no explanation
I made two orders online for shipment, and the first one went thru fine and has been delivered. The second with the same address and credit card was cancelled by Peet's computer a minute after it was confirmed. Tried again multiple times with same fail...multiple customer service calls/chats/emails/people all say dont know why and one even said order it on amazon since it I cant order from them WITHOUT A WHY?? No callbacks from management as promised by customer service agents.
UPDATE: I was told I was blacklisted because I ordered from a different location than home (because I WAS ON VACATION)..so IT MUST BE FRAUD...sorry no way to fix the problem from here...go order on Amazon where the old stale beans are in stock.
Small in a large cup…
Good morning,
I am a daily customer of your Peet's here at grand street in south san francisco … everyday, i order the same - small regular coffee in a large cup filled with 2% milk. I spend an hour at least to just relax and watch other customers come in and out. Sometimes, i would come back for afternoon coffee.
Today, i was surprised to be told i will be charged extra due to filling up my cup with 2 percent milk. I could've told that i can fill it up myself at the condiments area - however, it is not always tended with supplies.
In which case, i think i will go back to starbucks, a block away, and spend my avg $5 per day in that store - they know me by my name, as i used to go there when your store was closed due to pandemic.
I am hoping you will care to respond to this feedback whenever your time permits as i shall give you my benefit of the doubt.

Long-time customer gone
Long-time customer gone. I was a subscription member for 15 years, but after today, I have quit. Bungled shipments, incorrect charges, and totally impersonal customer service that is like talking to robots. No followup from management. I'm done.
Better than Starbucks
Better than Starbucks. If feels more real. Less chain. More comfortable better furniture. Coffee is strong and bold. I just went for the first time in Miami - I have to move now cuz there's none in Tampa. Best coffee I ever had.
Peets has the worst customer service.…
Peets has the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. On 12/21/20 I placed an order online and was overcharged. I spent 45 minutes on hold. The original order I was overcharged for was refunded and supposedly a corrected order was placed. When I never received confirmation of shipment I called them and was told they cancelled the corrected order. They told me they would place the order for me again, placing me on several holds. After 55 minutes they disconnected the call. I have not been able to contact them as they do not answer the phone and they do not reply to emails. Avoid this company unless you are willing to spend hours gettting order correctly placed. Horrible experience trying to deal with them!
Peets' Worst Customer Service
Peets Coffee has one of the worst customer services. I've had issues with my subscription for a few weeks now, and when I call Peets and select an option after listening to the menu, nobody comes on to talk to me. I've been hold up to 30 minutes with no luck.

You have problems with your K-Cups in the K2 version coffee maker. All other K-cups work in our K2 unit, while I average 1 out of 3 DO NOT WORK! When I try to report this on your website, via your email, I’m blocked since I don’t have a direct account!
I really like your coffee, but your support is in the toilet. And, this problem started months ago.

I ordered the Red Mocha Haraaz. Expecting a very rich and dark cup of coffee. I was a little disappointed. Not terrible, but I wouldn't buy it again.

it's a coffee shop. you'll go inside and think "yup it's a coffee shop". People will make your drink slightly differently store to store, but it's still coffee. it's an average coffee shop that looks nice in some locations.
