paid, never got the product, had to involve police
i ordered a pair of pedaltriggers in november, expecting to get the product at least until end of year.
never heard anything except for the automatic response and the money being charged from my card.
after 1 month i contacted them per email, on all social medias and with different mail-adresses aswell.
i never got a response until i reached the owner "mark" over the phone at the end of december.
he said there was a delay but they have the product now, so he will send it the next day.
of course nothing was sent and he never picked up the phone again either.
now its end of january and my bank told me that i need to get the police involved which i did today.
so...
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
it may have been legitimate years ago but now they just charge you money and ignore you a.k.a online-theft / fraud.
Since they're situated in italy the police investigation will take a long time, but i hope the site gets closed as a result of this.
go to footblaster or similar websites if you actually want to get a pedal-trigger.

Produkt defekt, Kundenservice Miserabel
Der erste Eindruck war gut, jedoch brachen die beiden Halterungen der gekauften Trigger nach kurzer Zeit synchron durch, trotz bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung laut Beschreibung. Eine Kontaktaufnahme war über Monate(!) sehr schwierig, dann wurde mir mehrmals versprochen, dass mir ein Ersatzteil zugesendet wird, da die Trigger nun mit einem anderen Material hergestellt wurden (3D-Druck, wahrscheinlich ABS statt PETG). Offensichtlich hat der Hersteller das Problem nicht zum ersten Mal gehabt.
Das Ersatzteil kam aber nie an und wurde wahrscheinlich auch nie versendet. Auf weitere Nachfragen wurde mir nicht mehr geantwortet. Ich warne ausdrücklich vor dem Kauf der Trigger (ich habe die für Pearl Demon-Drive). Die Idee ist sehr gut, aber die Umsetzung und der Kundenservice miserabel.

The first impression was good, but the two brackets for the purchased triggers broke synchronously after a short time, despite the intended use according to the description. It was very difficult to get in touch for months(!), then I was repeatedly promised that a spare part would be sent to me, since the triggers were now made with a different material (3D printing, probably ABS instead of PETG). Obviously, the manufacturer has not had the problem for the first time.
However, the replacement part never arrived and was probably never shipped. No further questions were answered to me. I strongly advise against buying the triggers (I have the ones for the Pearl Demon-Drive). The idea is very good, but the implementation and customer service are terrible.
