. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>sent car units to company after agreeing on quote to test.Then they asked for $200 more and said they wont send parts if extra isnt payed.never got parts or money back. thief's and scammers. they then mailed back empty box quoting tracking number saying it was sent. track label had weight for empty box only on label,PROOF.!! And my film opening empty box. $600 given from Paypal as compensation. The most dishonest company ive delt with in all my business career.

BEWARE, BEWARE. Purchased injectors x 6 July 2024, were faulty, still waiting for the promised refund from Brendan over 2 Years later, over 4 thousands dollars they grifted from us, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Ordered the right injectors according to the website. Delivery took twice as long as they said. When they turned up they were wrong but they argued and said they were right. Had to prove it with photos. Sent them back at my own cost. Took another two weeks for them to respond after the express return delivery I paid for. Finally got a refund after they charged me a restocking fee for their mistake.
Absolutely terrible service and cheap china parts pretending to be good.
Do yourself a favour and get good branded items from a good source.

I ordered a Mass air flow sensor on 30 November 2025 and paid $110.00 on Credit card. Item has not been sent and repeated requests for refund have been ignored.Order number 4379. My mobile number has also been blocked because they don't want to take my calls

Dealing with this company has been a disappointment from day one.

Firstly we sent them a part for a Ford Terriory which they confirmed they received weeks earlier. Then when we called to follow up on the part they asked for a tracking number saying it hadnt arrived.

Then they called us and told us there was nothing wrong with the part we sent them, so they returned it. However three weeks later we have not received the part. Then when we followed up with tracking they mistakenly sent it to Perth. Then where ever they sent it to in perth send it back. And it happened multiple times. Six weeks later our customer still doesnt have his car on the road. We're getting drilled every day by our customer and PEC cant even pick up the phone and sort it out. Best they offered was to call and lodge a complaint with the shipper.

Seriously pathetic service. I would not recommend you use this company for anything.

Purchased item on Ebay as item is advertised as free shipping. Company then Asks for my email to send an invoice outside of Ebay as freight is expensive but they are happy to go halves. Advised them of Ebay rules of honouring displayed price and money requests outside of Ebay. Even attached links for them. Just wanted advertised item at advertised price. Company just cancelled order and refunded once I told them I would report to Ebay.

Seller could not provide service as advertised for >$1000. Only returned item to us after messaging for weeks and finally lodging formal complaint to ebay. Has been over 6 months and only just refunded our money after multiple messages and complaints, and have tried to charge us for the ebay costs as they are unable to recoup via refund request due to their own inaction for months (request was submitted by us at the correct time and advised the seller). Totally incompetent thieves.

Ordered a towbar for my Ranger. Triple checked details with the company prior to despatch. Arrived no problem. Upon fitting we found fitment issues. Immediately contacted PEC and their could not help. Their 'technical' department did not come back to me for days. By then we had modified the vehicle or it would have cost alot more for the installer to do the job twice. Completely incompetent and don't take responsibility for their mistakes!
