Pebble Grey experience.
After many months, we finally thought we had found the bathroom mirror we wanted at a reasonable price, but when it arrived we found that it wasn't what we thought.
We contacted Pebble Grey customer service and they took me through the returns process, it took some time, return cost was up to us and the refund took some time.
All that said, their customers service was good and staff very helpful and polite.

LED Bathroom mirrors
Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer support from Pebble Grey Ltd.
We purchased two of their illuminated bathroom mirrors and both lights have already failed — one after around two years and the other after three. For products at this price point, I would expect them to last significantly longer.
When I contacted customer support to ask about getting them repaired, I was simply told that because we hadn’t registered for the extended warranty, the mirrors are now out of warranty as they only come with a one-year standard guarantee. These mirrors were sourced and installed by a builder during our renovation, so we were never advised that registration was required for extended cover.
There was no attempt to offer a repair option, replacement parts, or any goodwill solution — just a statement that they are out of warranty. Given that two mirrors have failed so quickly, this is very disappointing.
Based on both the product lifespan and the level of customer service received, I would not recommend.

I used this company to purchase a…mirror
I used this company to purchase a mirror and it has lasted years so I have just bought another one. It’s a beautiful mirror with LED lights , demister etc and it was 1/2 price. It is now sitting on the wall and I am very pleased with my purchase. This company offers beautiful mirrors at a good price and the ordering and delivery process is brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

It Looks Fantastic
The first mirror arrived smashed, even had broken written on the box, so not sure why it was delivered, without that I would have given 5 stars, anyway the replacement was sent out super fast and I love it so I would still highly recommend, many thanks it honestly transforms the bathroom

The product arrived late…
The product arrived late due to a mistake with the delivery. Luckily it arrive in time to install, but not without some stress.
The light fitting seems solid and well made. However, installation is a PITA, requiring two individual brackets to be positioned exactly 240mm apart - a couple of millimetres out and it’s impossible to get the fixing screws in place. This could easily be fixed by having the brackets combined into one unit with a fixed spacing.
I made a return visit to swap out the GU10 lamps with a different colour temperature. They are almost impossible to remove, and the tool supplied with the light to help with this process is useless. The GU10 bayonet needs to be mounted rigidly inside the light fitting to remove the flex when trying to press and twist the lamp.
Overall, nice design but not designed for ease of installation and maintenance.

Ordered what I thought was a universal mirror cabinet ,
I asked just to just change it for correct one , but they would not help me trying to return it or replacing it .
There was no way on the description that it was not universal , didn’t even say on the box .
The actual mirror cabinet was just what I wanted , but I wouldn’t buy from them again due to lack of customer service .

Absolutely a dodgy company. First, they rejected the return claiming the not wanted option was not selected instead of inadequate quality, and when I raised it again, they said it was beyond the 14-day period. I will now have to raise a complaint with Trading Standards and my credit card company.

Great quality mirror poor delivery company
Great quality mirror, very easy to fit. Came well packed, only let down by the courier company who left the parcel out in the rain nowhere near our house.
