Peak Performance Tours Recensioni

The tour was great in terms of pricing and overall experience! Was a great way to experience Italy for the first time.

Peak Performance arranged an outstanding cultural and learning experience for the NHS Music department. It was very organized and well run.

Italy 2019 - When traveling to Europe, I have found, that you have long days. This trip as great in the fact we got to see a lot of Italy and had great performance experiences. Peak Performace had everything under control and really provided an experience that the students will never forget.

Great responsiveness while on the trip. Excellent problem solvers.

Great travel company. Bruce and his team personalize the trip for you and make sure you get what you want out of the travel experience. I have used Peak for many years with my high school music groups.

Host wasn’t really prepared for a bunch of ladies & girls.
Music was not acceptable for 1 of the dances.
Hotel was not good. & some tours we got jipped

My daughter had dislocated her kneecap prior to the event. While I can understand Peak Tours not being notified ahead of time that she would be in a wheelchair, when we discovered that she was placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator there was absolutely no attempt to move us. The solution was that the wheelchair could be housed in the tour representatives' room and we could make daily arrangements to pick it up. I was forced to carry the wheelchair up two flights of stairs every single day, multiple times a day. In addition, the foot rests of the wheelchair were lost due to a crazy experience at the airport. We were forced to rush in and check in. The foot rests were in the bus in the upper compartment and were left. While Peak dialed the bus company that just left, there was no follow up. We never received the foot rests to the chair, making it virtually unusable. Other things like a 4 hour wait in the Baltimore airport with middle schoolers was not the ideal arrangements.

The trip was amazing! Organized very well, and everyone was super friendly and kind. Lots of stuff to do and made a lot of fun memories!

Everything about our tour was great! Our bus driver was so fun, Jennifer our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, the shows were phenomenal, the meals delicious, the hotel was very nice, and the workshop was just what the kids loved!

My son had a wonderful time on this tour of NYC. As a parent I felt he was safe and the pace of the tour was just right as there was very little down time, which for a teen is terrific.

Thanks for making a wonderful memory for my child!

We had a blast on our trip, everyone was nice. Our reservations were on time, didn’t have to wait for any restaurants that we went too, and our tour guide was so sweet and helpful!

Theyn are all very nice and very accommodating, but do need some work on communication.

Peak Performance is a great tour company. I have been using them with my high school band for several years and they are by far the best company I have worked with in my ten years of teaching.

Easy registration and easy payment plans/arrangements. Never had a concern for my son's safety or comfort. He had a wonderful experience on his Disney band trip and I was carefree knowing he was being taken care of by a professional team.

Events were a lot of fun. Bus driver and our guide nice and helpful.
Dining was good.

My son had a great time in florida, the trip was well organized . They departed and arrived on time with no problems. I would def recommend your services !

I would have give it 5 stars except for the driver. He just would NOT shut up the entire trip, even interrupting conversations. Good bus driver, but needs a muzzle.
