WAS SCAMMED. paid for PDF book for school but my access is now denied. it tells me the book does not exist on the page even tho I paid for it!!!
I don't understand why a company would want to take advantage of broke collage students. horrible.
I liked that I got my book immediately. I did not like that I did not receive an email confirmation with a link to the textbook. Since I did not make an account to register myself, I don't know what I would have done if I had not downloaded the book immediately. Would I have had to buy it again?

A confirmation email is always sent to you after your order is complete. Sometime it can end up in the spam box. If for some reason it doesn't come, it's as simple as contacting the instant chat at the bottom of any page, and we will resend it to you in minutes.
As for an account, whenever you make a purchase, but didn't sign up for an account you can still register with the email you used for the order and you book will be available in your new free account. Chat or email support can also quickly create you an account by simply giving them the email you used for your order.
