I should have read these reviews before using! I subscribed for a free trial, I emailed them the day I signed up wishing to cancel the subscription. But, as most reviewers below have mentioned, I got charged anyway, I raised this with PayPal and cannot believe they have sided with PDFSail, it is abhorrent behaviour and everyone should know how deceitful this company is. AVOID

That is the other one I would contact because that is the email they charge via PayPal, I emailed so many times. They are horrible.

Charge you and dont cancel free subscription
They ask for email to cancel subscription. Then they dont reply and charge you after trial ends.

I tried to cancel within the 7 days but received no confirmation from the company. I have now been charged a years subscription and still no response to my emails

Impossible to cancel the free trial
Sadly, as others have reported, I too tried it for the seven day trial. The only way to cancel was via the support@ email address - I received no reply and $35.40 has been charged to my account. I tried it to compress a PDF and that worked fine; so, if you will use the facilities of the site it may be a fair investment but take great care or you may be paying for it for evermore.

I tried a free trial with this website, to compress a PDF, with the option to cancel head of paying for a subscription. I followed the steps to cancel, which were along the lines of emailing the email address provided, I did this twice no response. And then today, a yearly payment has been taken from my account. I have still had no response from this website and I will be taking action.
