An excellent experience
An excellent experience from PC Towbar services. I had my first towbar fitted by Gary who worked late to get the job done due to some earthing problems with my vehicle. I was aware that there was a known issue with the rear cluster brake plugs on my Vauxhall Astra and was going to get a quote from them after the towbar fitting (I literally had them ready to go on the passenger seat). Little did know that it would cause havoc for the electrical part of the install. When I got back and realised what had happened, we laughed at the coincidence. To complete the job, Gary quickly switched them out at no cost to complete the job. He even reassured me when I came back thinking I didn't have a AL-KO compatible tow bar fitted - which it was.
